Hauled one of my customers truck to Omaha a while back treated them awesome would recommend again

From the phone call to the pickup these guys were professional, considerate, informative, and most of all. Kind. Id recommend them to anyone. The driver who came out was accurate, patient, and efficient. If your sick of shady or rude wreckers id definitely recommend trying these guys!

Tom at ER Towning done the impossible for me by moving a shipping container through the woods and up a steep embankment... after hours of rain!!! He's the best (and friendliest) I've ever met!! I highly recommend ER Towing and be sure to ask for Tom to be your driver!

On 4th of July weekend my truck broke down on Alabama 59 nort Hwy. The person that took care of checking my motor advise to get a Tow Company and recommended E & R . I'm so deeply satisfied with their service, That I Super ? recommend this company if you are in need on the Roads of Alabama. My Semi truck and trailer were tow to their safe truck parking yard till I figure out what to do with my Load and truck repairs. On top the Driver that pick us up was super kind and took my Wife and I to a Hotel. Thank you so much!!! And to understand why this Guys are the best. Next day on Monday Andrew the owner was kind and pick us up from the Hotel to the yard and Back to the Hotel cause we needed to grab something from our truck. Well, ER Towing to the rescue again for us. Any time we have a problem, they are always on top of it. No job is too big for those guys. Always arrive in a timely manner, and with good attitude. Will definitely keep their number handy.

I would absolutely recommend and use ER Towing again! I was stranded in a parking lot with a dead car and my toddler while running errands in between drop off/pick up for my daughter’s morning class. Within 30 minutes of calling the company to request a tow the technicians arrived. The receptionist was professional, kind, and friendly. She instantly put me at ease. The technicians were professional, polite, and extremely helpful. They even helped me get all of my belongings including car seats over to a bench to wait on my husband. It was a very reasonable price and wonderful experience. They really made a difficult situation much easier!

We have used ER twice now to move a golf cart between RV resorts. The first time was 30 miles, the second was 430. both times were well worth the money and went exactly as planned. Thanks Clay and Jacob.

I had a serious issue with my load on my triler! I gave them a call not knowing if they could help. From the receptionist, to the entire staff, they went over and beyond the call of duty to get me squared away. Terrible customer service from Andrew. was trying to work a date for moving a building. Worked out the price details and payment type and was looking great, but wanted some time because my foundation needed repair. Repaired foundation and contacted him and does not answer whatsoever, other than a text he has told me 4 times separately that he will get me an answer each day I contacted him. He never did, and the only way he gave me a reply that he will call me again or text that he will call me was when I called him the next day after he never did reply for the entire day! This went on 3 or 4 times for close to 2 weeks. I understand people are busy and have schedules but to say you will give me an answer by today for close to 2 weeks numerous times, without any reason or at the very least a text that you can or cannot is absurdly unprofessional. I’m sure he is capable at his job and what he does but this is no way to treat a customer. Please take your business elsewhere

I was in dire need of getting a large storage building moved to another location on my property. Andrew showed up on time and did an awesome job getting this done for me. He was very nice and professional. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all of my family and friends.

We broke down on the way home from a cruise. Very quick response from Robert, he was very professional and did everything he could to help get our vehicle running to no avail. He towed us to pickup up a rental car and stored our vehicle at their fenced lot until We were able to pick it up.Although they were closed, Andrew met us at the lot to help with our vehicle pick up. They went out of there way to help. We greatly appreciate their service and hospitality.

Charged a very reasonable fee for my tow. Truck driver was super cheerful and very much a gentleman. I was impressed with how he loaded my car onto the truck. I haven't seen a lot of tow truck drivers work, but I think this man showed some skills with the way he got my car onto the truck

They went above & beyond to take care of me when I was in a real jam. I had somewhere important to be, & they made sure I got there, & then, got me & my truck back home (almost an hour from Gadsden). The rates are very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone. If I ever need help in this area again, they will be my first call. Thanks!

I called this company after my insurance road side assistance took over 30 minutes to answer my claim and sent me a tow truck 2 hours away from my location. I explained my situation to dispatch and told me he would send someone to help! After a long trip we decided to see if they would just tow us home I called back he said he would we were still over an hour away! He quoted me a price and we said come on! Tim is who showed up and he was a God send! I couldn’t have asked for a better person very helpful, polite, and new what he was doing! I made the call to ER towing at 10:36 pm that I was stranded on the shoulder in a dangerous spot of interstate. Within 40 minutes the driver was getting myself and truck off the road. They went above and beyond to ensure my safety in a very timely manner. Tom is truly a great person and driver, very professional and courteous. Had a really great experience with these people. The tow truck guy was nice and the office staff were very kind as well. If we should need them again we would definitely call them. Price was very reasonable also. They towed us from Gadsden to Ft Payne and came right over when we called.
