Ken diagnosed and Fixed my Vehicle when Everyone else was just guessing...Very knowledgeable also...he will work on your vehicle until he gets the Job done,
I have to say that as a dealer for 20 years, I had a great relationship with Ken's and they had more parts in stock for older vehicles than anyone else. It was also great "atmosphere" and great conversation.
The old Coke machine was an interesting addition. I miss this type of business now that I am in Florida.
Today iv had a bit of a headache trying to figure out my 2003 dodge hanger barring called a few different auto parts places to find out nothing .. I called kens and they where so helpful with letting me know that there 3 or 4 different but that same parts that required a Certain size , they even cut the hassle out and told me to call the dealership and get my vin number to get the Exact size of the part thank you kens !
Ken's is the best place to go to get parts. He almost always beats the price on the chain stores. And if it's not in stock he can have it the next morning. Very friendly staff and the guys behind the counter know their stuff. See Randy or Michael and they will get what you need.
I'm probably the last person to find this gem. A great and honest throw back in time auto parts store. Friendly and knowledgeable desk staff. Yup it's smells like diesel fuel and is cluttered with racks, parts, paint and body shop supplies and was last swept out during the Reagan administration. But is a slice of heaven for car guys. Good prices too.
