We specifically stated that the car was not drivable because the transmission fluid all spilled out. But when it was delivered to the transmission place it was driven off of the truck. And parked in the lot. We were told this when we called to see if the vehicle had been delivered yet. We don't know the damage with that yet as the mechanic has not been able to diagnose the issue.
Everyone was so helpful! The only downside was there was some confusion on how long it was going to be until the driver arrived- one person said within 20 minutes and it was actually almost an hour. Other than that the driver and everyone was courteous and very efficient! Thank you for helping our driver get unstuck! Corrie with Chem-Dry on the Shore

Great Service! I had to leave before the Recovery Technician arrived so I never had a chance to him, but he got my vehicle where it needed to be, safely and timely. I did speak with Kimberly on the phone a few time as she kept me updated on the tow and it’s final arrival to the repair shop. She was very kind and helpful! Thank you, to all involved!
Great experience and service! Driver arrived earlier than scheduled and got my vehicle and me to Acura dealer in Mobile and with traffic was about an hour. Very courteous young man and had no problem getting to the dealer.
Professional and and accommodating for when you need the most. I would highly recommend this company. The driver went out of his way to make sure when the car was brought to my house that it was parked exactly where I wanted them to put it. And it took some maneuvering to get it there. I appreciate the expertise very much.
The guy that helped me was very nice and respectful. He was my knight in shining armor. Well, he left his shining armor at home but he was still my knight for coming quickly and helping me.

Did a great job picking up my Tesla and delivering it all the way to Pensacola. The driver was wonderful, explaining everything he was going to be doing to my Tesla to get it on the tow truck. I was so grateful he was experienced at towing Teslas. Thank you!

During the crazy storm Sunday my car broke down and 2 hours later was under water. This good man was the ONLY company that said he would call back and did. Can't say enough good about this guy. He gave me solid advice which payed off huge in the long run. And went and got it at 11pm when he had the time, still during the storm and truly didn't have to. A few companies refused. Which I understand to a degree. But still. This will forever be my first call. Thanks brother for helping me out.
