Do not bring your car here. I brought mine in for an engine replacement. I waited almost four months just for them to start on it, and have had nothing but problems ever since, from my belt snapping and completely destroying my alternator, all the way to my car not starting at all and overheating. When I went to pick it up, and after paying them $3,000, my car wouldn’t start, then they proceeded to charge me another $200 for a starter. They also had the audacity to tell me that my battery terminal always had a hose clamp on it when I know it didn’t (I added photos showing they didn’t put it on and left it to the side). Their words, not mine: “best mechanics in town”. That’s a lot of talk for improperly putting on a battery and God knows what else.
In 2022 brought my Lincoln in to get the front end rebuilt and was assured they'd do a good job. Was supposed to have the ENTIRE work done and paid extra for MOOG parts. Work complete and no problems.... or so I thought.
Last year I bought new tires that were hard to balance and eventually found undue and unusual wear with only a few miles. Went to have a wheel alignment done figuring that was the problem and was told my entire front end was worn out, and mostly ORIGINAL parts still on it.
Someone there got a new front end for their Lincoln Town Car, Mercury Marquis or Ford Crown Vic and I got screwed, but I guess this is the way HHH auto care treats disabled Veterans
Our car broke down on I-65, had a great tow service bring my fiancé and I here. Had a bad alternator and had it fixed within a couple hours and back on the road. Amazing hospitality and service!!!
scammers!! these guys took SIX MONTHS ripped me off for over 3 THOUSAND dollars!! my car had to be towed and they were the only place around, but then said i needed a whole bunch of work.They said they did the brakes but the brakes were all rusty when i got it back and the brake fluid was full of chunks of stuff, obviously had not been changed at all!!! charged me for changing the water pump but did not do it!! didn't do the thermostat!! didn't do the tune-up they charged for!! did not do the electrical work they charged for!! did not do the window regulator they charged for!!! THOUSANDS of dollars of fraudulent charges!! plus they said they changed the timing belt and charged me for it, then when it broke tgwhile still under warrenty, they charged me AGAIN to replace it!!!!!!!!!!!!! total rip-offs!!!!🤬🤬👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
Took excellent care of my daughter's car as she had a coolant leak when leaving Coastal. They were professional, and expedient, I feel both the car and my daughter were in safe hands! If your kiddo is away at college, and they have an issue with their car, send them here!!!
They very friendly and good peoples to actually go to whenever you need your car fix on cause I went to them twice and got my car work on and they did a awesome job fixing my car
My husband had a problem with his egr valve that no one else had been able to fix. The mechanic fixed it in about 20 minutes. Really nice people work here. All of our mechanical needs for our 3 vehicles will be done here now! Highly recommend them. My a/c is going out and they will fix it with no problem.
Best shop in Baldwin county. They get you in & out & is very detailed about what’s going on with you vehicle . They will also work with you if needed. Couldn’t ask for better mechanics

They took excellent care of my needs! Although I was 5 hours away, they picked up my sons vehicle at the college, diagnosed, and repaired - all on the same day. They were friendly and reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.
Matthew was very helpful and got me right in the day after I called him to fix my water pump after another shop had missed the problem. While I was there The guys kept me updated on how long before the vehicle would be done as I had to wait there for it. Overall impressed with the great customer service. Will definitely use them in the future if needed and highly recommend them to others!
My Ford F150 had a driver's door cable break. Stopped at HHH, they ordered the part, scheduled my appt, fixed the problem. Total satisfaction with the work and the price. Definitely recommend this business.
I absolutely 100 % would not recommend this business to anyone. They had my son's truck in there for transmission work and after the new one was put in they started messing around with other parts and did not call us to inform us about a problem they took it upon themselves to fix it and charge us dearly for it . They all have very rotten attitudes . They screwed us over big time . Will not ever use them or recommend them to anyone else.
I'm not from Bay Minette AL but I came to visit family and had trouble with my Jeep. So I was recommended to go to HHH. So I did dropped my Jeep off on a Thursday went to check on my Jeep Monday Jeep haven't been touched no one was even in the shop to answer calls or see after customers. I'm very disappointed with the service and I was told that I would have my Jeep by Monday.
I have had all sorts of work done by HHH over the past couple years including oil changes, a door latch replacement, and a battery replacement. Hands down the most helpful and reliable staff I have ever done business with. I highly recommended HHH to anyone in the South Alabama area and for students at Coastal Alabama for any and all of your auto care needs! Thanks again for all of your help!
Had them put a water pump on my truck. These guys did an awesome job and in a timely manner. Didn't have a long period of waiting on my truck to be fixed. Most definitely will use them again for any mechanical issues. They have towing as well.
