Buckle up, this one’s a story.
My sister and I broke down on the way to Dallas on a Saturday night, and John was the only one in town who returned my call. Thank goodness he did. Towed us to town and gave us a ride to the hotel. Quickly discovered we broke a bearing. He got the parts to replace both rear bearings, but when the new parts broke during install, John went to the junkyard twice and found replacement parts. We were on the road by 11am the following morning. We headed an hour south and heard some grinding and a pop from the same tire; called John and he happened to be halfway to us for other errands. Stopped by, took it apart again, made sure nothing was caught in it, put it back together and waved off our offer to compensate him. John’s an honest, hardworking kind of guy, and we sure appreciated him on this road trip!
My tire popped coming back from South Dakota. I didn’t have a spare. He picked me up and got me a new tire. Very fast service, fair price, very friendly. Highly recommend for an emergency
We were traveling from Arizona to North Dakota towing two Harley's on a trailer. We had a flat tire on my truck at a rest stop near Wheatland. Which is when we realized someone had taken our 4 way out, so we had no way to get a tire off. When we borrowed one we realized the spare was not going to work. We were completely stuck, long story short another tow company gave us his number, thank God. He came out with a tire, realized it wasn't going to work and took ours that was flat back to his place to fix or find another. Brought ours right back and put it on, plus an extra for a spare. Made two trips out to us about 17 miles one way and gave us a tire, all after ten pm. Was so nice and worked within our finances. He was really a godsent. I am so grateful we were put in touch with him. I will always recommend him in any situation that might be related to towing or being stranded on the road. You couldn't find a better business to deal with.
