Don’t work at a auto parts store in u cannot change a battery
came in few months ago
Had problems with terminals while changing my battery and was borrowing there tools employee wanted to help then got mad at me when he broke the battery terminal
I would go to Carquest any day. This is the worst O’Reillys I’ve ever been to specifically because of employee with an ego and a temper.
Levi is an amazing manager is always going above and beyond for the many people we watched him help while we waited for our turn at wonderful service from him and other workers
My dad and i had a wheel bearing on a trailor blow out 10 miles from wheatland, luckily we were able to remove the tire and limp it in to the oreillys. Let me tell you the 2 employees. Rob and Larissa were the most helpfully part stores employees i have ever had the pleasure of talking to. Unlike other parts stores employees ive delt with these 2 were amazing , Larissa wouldn't give up when the store computer wasn't pulling up the right parts and we are so greatful for her dedication a couple hours after our mishap we are now on the road back home and we couldn't be more happy. I been going to O'Reilly's in Wheatland for the longest time and I never had any issues, until recently when I called to order a fuel injector for my car. The guy I talked to was a complete a-hole over the phone, I don't know if this guy woke up on wrong side of the bed that morning or someone pissed in his corn flakes or what. But, I didn't appreciate the condescending and rude comments and his lack of customer service, anyhow if my wife didn't stop me from driving to wheatland I definitely would've been arrested for assault. Anyhow, for that O'Reilly's has lost a loyal customer and I will take my business some where else.
I went in for new headlights. Deven was happy to help me get what I needed. He and Cody switched out the bulbs on both sides for me. They both were informative, helpful and cordial.
Great service and good prices. Always willing to help with a smile on their face and most of the time it is something simple they will come out City parking lot and fix it for you. My first stop when I'm shopping for car parts.
I do not support your mask policy, the part I bought/ ordered yesterday you can keep it. I walked in the door and everyone was in a mask, very uncomfortable....
They were very helpful and straight forward. I even sprayed their parking lot with power steering fluid and they didn't get mad. They helped me fit a new gas cap and guided me to a repair shop in town for help with getting me back on the road safely.
They have all the little gadget tools you have thought of but never have bought before, plus a large stock room for current makes and models. Friendly counter sales people too! I'll definitely be back!
Best service ever! Went to pick up A/C refrigerant and Levi came out to show me how to check it and fill it and I found out that wasn't the problem. Saved me money and stress. He was also very kind and thoughtful and had a great smile! Everyone there was extremely helpful! Truly made a hot unpleasant day much better!
Not a very customer friendly store - they wouldn't let me use their restroom even though I bought some items. It's almost 2020 - Supply restrooms for your patrons!
Oh my gosh. I am a single senior and handicapped. I asked them to check headlight and they discovered problems that saved me being stranded. Never once asked me to pay them a fee. The whole store was there to help. I wont go anywhere else. Thank you all.
