Sean was absolutely wonderful!! We had to get a headlight & we had issues figuring out which one because the manual & the computer was saying a different bulb.. Sean met me out side & worked with me to get the right bulb & to fight with it to get it in.. I'm greatful for this kind young man & his help. He had the best additude and customer service.. It's refreshing to see there are still people who work hard & care about the customer.. Keep up the good work & thank you young man for your help.
Awesome store and their team is always knowledgeable. If they don’t have the part on hand, can normally get it by next day. Management team is solid and helped solve any issues I had.
I needed a tail light/ parking light. The salesman was condescending when he found the part as it ended up being a single bulb. Cool. Noted. Then when I went to change the bulb out, it was in the incorrect bulb. When I called to ask them how they'd like to fix the situation (I'm van life and now 3 hours away), I was addressed as "sweety" and "honey." Ugh. Glad its a cheap bulb.They said I can exchange it without a receipt at any location. I'm not counting on it and I'd suggest not trusting what they look up in their system, or their sales people. Take a pic of the part and DOUBLE CHECK THEM IN STORE. Make them open the package. Make sure it's correct, because they don't care if it is or not.
Was passing through Cody last weekend heading west where it’s hot right now and needed to get my AC working, and Thomas helped me out. Man does that guy know cars! He helped me save a bundle by determining it was only coolant I needed and not a full AC overhaul on my 2012 Ford escape which the guy down the road told me. Thomas was professional, patient with all my questions, and he was very knowledgeable. Glad I stopped in at O’Reillys and not the auto shop down the road! Thanks Thomas!
Completely Unprofessional. If you want your time completely wasted then stop at O'Reilly's. They will be more than happy to waste your time. I will never stop there again.
The Cody O'Reilly's sees more traffic than their other locations in the area, but they do just as good of a job as the rest. I love O'Reilly's inventory system; if you call before you come they can tell you if they have the part in stock or where the closest one is. Cody usually has it if the others don't. The staff is typically friendly & helpful.
Went in to buy wiper blades, the gentleman took the blades out for the parts and then went out and put them on my car in the rain. I did t expect that! Thank you for being so helpful!
Jimmy and Kate were so helpful when we broke down in Cody, WY. I am very thankful for their help with loaning tools and providing us with their insight to get back on the road. Thank you guys, you’re we really appreciate it.

Paul took my call and found an auto battery for my 2013 Lexus RX350. Austin, the manager, checked my alternator and battery and put the new battery in my car for no additional charge. Fabulous service! Most highly recommend these people! They are the best!

I was driving to Cody from Lander, towing a trailer, when the temp gauge started climbing. I had a cracked radiator in my 2004 Jeep Liberty and had lost all of the coolant.
Being from out of town I had no place to work on my car but the O'Reilly guys came through. Not only did they have all the parts in stock, Flint, the manager, offered up part of his lot so I could change the radiator out and get back underway.
I couldn't recommend these guys more highly.
