Driver was awesome! Showed me what was wrong, helped me get truck in gear and I was able to drive home. Went to the auto parts store, got what I needed and fixed the problem myself for $12.00. I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

On a road trip going home from Washington to Indiana and van broke down with a travel trailer. I searched for tow service in the Cheyenne, WY area amd Al's popped up. Highly rated! I called and very friendly service. Duane showed up in about 45 minutes and got us to a repair shop within 45 minutes. Duane was very professional and courteous to my family! We dealt with William at big Al's and he was super awesome!!! This is a really good tough job and is often overlooked as being first responders, but you really couldn't ask for a better guy than William. If I could give these folks more than 5 stars, I would. My wife and I had a tire blow out on the I25 frontage road Maybe 1 mile south of the Wyoming border. We called AAA Colorado and were told that they were working on getting a truck out to us. After almost 2 hours, we received a call back telling us that, because we were so close to the border, they couldn't get a truck to us. They suggested we call Big Al's. After calling and explaining the situation, they got a truck out to us in about 20 minutes. Austin not only got the issue fixed, he found a workaround with the AAA nonsense and managed to get the service covered! We are truly grateful for the amazing service. You guys went above and beyond.
We had a collision with a deer outside Wheatland, Wyoming. Our car was in bad shape. Jose, the dispatcher was professional and provided us with detailed information. Wil was our tow truck driver. He had excellent communication of his eta and upon his arrival moved very quickly to secure our vehicle and get us, including our dog, to Ft. Collins. He provided us water and compassion. For a hard situation, Big Al’s made it so much better! We are so grateful for this company! Thank you and God bless you!
We were stranded with a flat tire/blowout, on I-80 E and Will, from Big Al’s rescued us. Will was a blessing to us and arrived quickly, and put on our spare within minutes. He was exceptional, knowledgeable, and a Godsend!!

Over the years, I’ve used many tow truck companies in the past and I will tell you this this company is top-notch. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They took care of business and got me back to my life. I apologize. I don’t remember my tow truck driver’s name, but obviously he’s been with the company for some time been in an industry probably forever. He knew his stuff and I felt very comfortable with him handling my vehicle. I recommend this company to anybody that needs assistance with a tow..
William, the driver/technician, was Johnny-on-the-spot responding to my call regarding a flat tire… very professional, very personable, helpful, and offered me additional guidance for my tires more generally. Cannot recommend William/Big Al’s services highly enough!
Cant say enough good things about Big Als. I broke down in the middle of nowhere and Shane Gray came and picked me up. I was 80 miles outside of town and he hurried to get to me. He took great care to ensure my bike was properly strapped down and watched it the entire time. When we finally got to town he told me great place to eat and things to do while I waited for my bike repair. Big thanks to Shane.

Badass company. Cory came ro the rescue of my truck not running for a tow to a local repair facility. He offered to try and get it to run and sure thing he got it to fire up. I can’t say enough good things about Big Al’s Towing & Recovery. My car wouldn’t start late at night at the Cheyenne airport, and they came to the rescue. Will, the technician who helped me, was fantastic—knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly thorough. Not only did he get my car up and running, he also took the time to teach me how to properly use the Battery booster I already owned. He made sure everything was in working order before sending me safely on my way. I felt genuinely cared for in a stressful moment. Highly recommend their service!
Arrival time was within the ETA given by AAA dispatch. Donovan was very friendly, informative and understanding. For his first time assisting someone who ran out of gas, we didn't feel like it was. This was a good experience.
Was stuck on side of the road in an EV ( to EVs). Taylor from Big Al’s went above and beyond to assist us with our towing needs. He took great care of our rental EV, towed us to a charging station, and went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and that our needs were taken care of while we waited for our vehicle to charge. By far the greatest customer service I’ve received. Duane was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure what was a bad day turned into a somewhat decent night by making sure me and my girlfriend and dogs were safely off the interstate and got us to a hotel. Duane was kind and Professional and made sure we were settled before leaving. This man deserves to be recognized or employee of the month, year or Decade! Thank you Again Duane! A week ago we had one of the worst days of our lives. Big Al’s came to the rescue and were amazing. They got us safely on our way & took care of our trailer.
The next day they went above and beyond to help us gather personal property out of our destroyed trailer. Every employee there that day was so kind and treated us as family. Hands down they are one of the best!
Big Al's are the people to call. I've used their services many times all the way from my personal vehicles to the semi's I Drive for work. Every single one of the drivers there are knowledgeable compassionate of all their customers of whatever the needs may be. But importantly they are reliable. As a truck driver, They are the number one people to call because you know for a fact that help is coming when you call them. As a local truck driver here in the oil fields. I know when I bury my truck in something they will get me out. When it comes to all my personal cars anywhere from a lockout to a jump start to a tow, they are fast, responsive, get the job done quickly and safely. A big shout out to all the staff at Big Al's
