Awesome experience at Napa, Fellow employee Bob. H. Taking the initiative and time with myself to help make my time worthwhile during my time of confusion. He explained everything as thorough as possible for me to understand. Even took the time out of his day to help me with my wiper blade. Great environment there as well, all employees looking to help with what ever they can as soon as you walk in.

Had everything we needed and let us use their parking lot to work on our truck

We were helped out today by a friendly employee! (I believe his name is Evrick/Employee: 169). He helped us find the correct antifreeze we needed, and had a great convo over cars during checkout. Thanks for helping us out with our “1919” Jeep.

Great customer service. Had to order some parts and they were in the next morning. Will definitely be coming back!

I miss all the ones who used to work there . Understandable most have retired but they always have what I need.

Merchandise selection is extensive and very organized in aisles/shelves. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The biggest gripe I have is the length of time it takes to make your purchase. There is NO RUN IN AND OUT to get anything. Even though your merchandise requirement is simple and easy to find - there is always a long wait at the counter to check out. They need to set up a separate checkout register for quick purchases - use the counters for customers who need a special part that requires looking it up and finding it in the storeroom shelves.

Used to be good service just called took two trys to get someone to answer . Asked for a tool box lock the guy was snappy, said no and hung up on me.

Really depends on which employee you get. Some are okay. A couple are great. Seems most have a poor attitude and don't do anything that causes them any amount of work. Couple that with increased cost. I go there when my options are limited. Mostly no thanks

Amazing people that work there! Brandon helped my husband change out our alternator after it went out on our way passing through. He didn't have to help but he went the extra mile and did. Thank you so much Brandon for helping getting our little family back on the road and for the new belt, we defiantly will be paying this forward.

Stopped in to get a new break light bulb. When that turned out not to be the issue Travis O. was quickly able to help me further diagnose the problem and get me the right part. Customer service at the counter and parts was perfect. I will always come here first.

Bought top of the line brake pads and brake rotors. They didn't stand by the warranty I called and had to talk to a manager that would not honor the warranty. Most of the parts are made in other countries and the warranty isn't worth the extra price.

Having the quality parts on hand 90°+ of the time. With a staff of men N women that are very knowledgeable and friendly (they go the extra mile). Plus the ☕ coffee and 🍿 popcorn are a classy touch !!!!!!! Thanks to them all for the excellent service!!!!! Clements Wojtysiak 04/16/2020 @ 0700

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They provide a great app to where you can order what you want and pick it up in the store. They will call you and let you know they have it. I am also into radio controlled cars and Napa has some of the hard to find parts that I can't find anywhere else in town

Had the part in stock that I needed. Wasn't to expensive. Had the same part on Amazon but I would have had to wait for it. Had the tools I needed to install the pulley. Pleasant customer experience.

By far the best place in town best in price and very friendly people. The only place that had the part I needed and Erin is now my new favorite person she was fast and knowledgeable on what she was looking for.

Between the auto, heavy duty and paint store they have everything. One stop shop. Thanks to the record napa team for always keeping Gillette going

I went to this napa store looking for a replacement for an axle bolt ...i never expected the help the workers showed me ..i really appreciated what the did for me you guys were so awesome thanks for helping us get back on the road

Will never do business with this Napa again. Watched a guy bring in a jack that was completely cover in rust from sitting in a flooded toolbox get told just go pick a new one out. Then I get treated terrible and they won’t return a 186 dollar part because it had surface rust( been raining for a week straight) and a scratch and on top of that it was the wrong part!! I guess that’s how people get treated when Robbie is having a bad day.

Wow, I'm not sure what's going on here. The counter help are openly hostile to each other in front of customers. My last few trips to this store was unproductive and unprofessional.

I'm new to Gillette and they welcomed me and I enjoy coming to Napa every chance I get. Good Guys in the paint department.

All around awesome folks! Bryan over at the paint store is your go to man for anything auto body related and Ashley in parts is the bomb!!!
