  Mechanic shop recommended a new gas cap for my pickup. Purchased one that fit from NAPA. Code returned and a smoke test was done, which indicated that I needed a new gas cap! Shop installed and fixed problem. They indicated that the cap I had purchased was not the correct one, I still had the box and receipt. NAPA reviewed my documents and reimbursed me for the smoke test! Mistakes happen, but they certainly handled it well and customer service was great. I’ll definitely continue to shop there and highly recommend them.

  5 stars well deserved! I was helped by Bob, and I am now really happy he did. I needed a steel brake line for my 07 Sierra Classic as it was leaking pretty bad. No oem or factory part, but suggested me a bendable replacement instead, gave a tape measure to make sure I'll get the correct one. I was a little concerned about both fittings sizes, and he took the time to check on the computer as well as a new brake hose from their inventory to make sure. Bob gave me advice on how to bend it as well (I could have made a mistake, I think...) and everything went well. Total cost me about $40 with a gal of brake fluid and a fitting plug (both at my request) as he advised me to get 1 quart of fluid, which would have been enough but I still have over 2 months and 5000 miles on my road trip so I wanted some extra. In the end, I am quite happy I came back to Gillette for parts, and as a bonus, I got on tips on what to visit in the area.

He explained everything as thorough as possible for me to understand. Even took the time out of his day to help me with my wiper blade. Great environment there as well, all employees looking to help with what ever they can as soon as you walk in.

  Really depends on which employee you get. Some are okay. A couple are great. Seems most have a poor attitude and don't do anything that causes them any amount of work. Couple that with increased cost. I go there when my options are limited. Mostly no thanks

  Bought top of the line brake pads and brake rotors. They didn't stand by the warranty I called and had to talk to a manager that would not honor the warranty. Most of the parts are made in other countries and the warranty isn't worth the extra price.

  Will never do business with this Napa again. Watched a guy bring in a jack that was completely cover in rust from sitting in a flooded toolbox get told just go pick a new one out. Then I get treated terrible and they won’t return a 186 dollar part because it had surface rust( been raining for a week straight) and a scratch and on top of that it was the wrong part!! I guess that’s how people get treated when Robbie is having a bad day.

  Merchandise selection is extensive and very organized in aisles/shelves. Most of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The biggest gripe I have is the length of time it takes to make your purchase. There is NO RUN IN AND OUT to get anything. Even though your merchandise requirement is simple and easy to find - there is always a long wait at the counter to check out. They need to set up a separate checkout register for quick purchases - use the counters for customers who need a special part that requires looking it up and finding it in the storeroom shelves.

  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They provide a great app to where you can order what you want and pick it up in the store. They will call you and let you know they have it. I am also into radio controlled cars and Napa has some of the hard to find parts that I can't find anywhere else in town
