the guy working at the counter is the rudest person i’ve ever met. he needs a reality check. losing service because of rude workers is not a good look.
Very rude. The slick looking young man has a very bad attitude. Wouldn't shop there again. When i have my vehicles serviced i will only pick a mechanic who doesnt order from them. Which means i take my vehicle and money out of waupaca.
Napa always has great quality and prices. This location also has great service. I use a cane and the young man behind the counter offered to carry my battery out to my car and bring the core back in. He offered, I didn't have to ask. That's a rare thing nowadays.
Great help service! Able to get 99.9% of parts ( beside special dealer parts in some cases) in a hurry or with in a few days. Will recommend to everyone!
It's NAPA, they have auto parts and an employee who has a bad attitude. Needed to get a hydraulic hose made. The young man at the counter was noticably irritated and made it clear he didn't want to make the hose. Another business with bad customer service.
