Wish I could give this place negative stars. Had car getting fixed here and it took WAY longer than it should have and the workers were rude and the owner was especially rude and cussed me out because I called him out on the poor service in a respectful way. I don't know how this place gets business. Never going back here again period.
Towed me out of a ditch at midnight after my car swallowed a tree. They managed to get the car off of the tree without any hiccups. Seriously the absolute best company to get a tow from!!!
Incompetent. One guy spends an hour trying to unlock my doos. Has to call another. Neither can figure it out. I called the “business “ at 4:45 am and ended up talking to the owner or whoever it was because they didnt identify themselves. He told me what kind of idiot calls at this time of morning and that I should go have another beer. Real professional.Im going to be more than happy to contact a few places to report the way I was treated
My car had been worked on that day by Honda and the engine plate came off. They put it back up and secured it, without an appointment. Made my bad day, so much better, they were great!
My car broke down just outside of Waupaca. I called Waupaca and spoke with Steve and he said he would get someone right out to me. Less than a half hour later tow truck driver Brandon showed up to tow my car to their shop.
They were able to give a reliable diagnosis in a short time and realized that I would have to go to the dealership to get it fixed. Brandon was then able to give me, my mother, and the dog a ride back to Appleton with the car. He was a very nice guy who went above and beyond to help.
Carol was very kind at the desk to set up everything with AAA. Thank you all for making what could have been awful as good of experience as anyone should expect. Well done!
I ask the guy if he good look at my coolant on my 1995 corvette and he told me he doesn't work on corvettes. Mine you I didn't ask him to do work on it just to check the coolant. He was rude and if he can't look at simple coolant on corvette I wouldn't have him work on my car period.
If I could give more stars then 5 i would, A friend of mine was in a bike accident 3 weeks ago and this is the company the cops called because my friend was unconscious. To make a long story short, everyone we came in contact with were AWESOME. Steve ( I believe was the owner ) treated me and my friend like he knew us for years, even helped us out with the bill. Super nice, very friendly. Very accommodating.
Unbelievably friendly and compassionate team! Showed up on a Sunday with a blown out abnormal tire. They went above and beyond to do everything and anything they could to get us remedied and back on the road. Thank you!
The nicest owner, ever. Feeding exhausted truck drivers for over 30 years. Installed a buffet to streamline the short schedule. However, you can order anything off the menu as well. If you think you can't get enough cheeseburger and fries? Just say "I want the beltbuster". I finished mine and received a 🎁 gift. A short roll of fruity TUMS. Then had to stay at "The Old Village Inn". (2 blocks down the road). Incredibly affordable. Just ask Jim or any of his team. You're immediaty treated as a friend.
One of those places that still exist that take pride in not only doing their Job but in helping people. Its obvious and really appreciated in todays world. BRAVO
Steve is an Excellent Politician and is working hard to protect and serve the Community. Operating a towing business is tough and you often encounter individuals at the worst moments of their life when they are in wrecks or are getting arrested by rogue and prejudice local law enforcement predators. I feel bad for Steve, Jim And Aaron, because often people blame the towing Authority when they should really be angry at the cops and the people who wrecked their vehicle but you cant review either one of those entities so often they give the Wrecker operator the bad reviews instead. I feel bad for a wrecker driver who just has to go out and clean up the messes created by individuals and angry law enforcement.
I recently had some brand new tires put on my neighbors Outback. She loved the tires and the service. She was real tickled that they even ran her car through the car wash. Thank you for going the extra mile Todd and staff.
So me and my girlfriend had gotten into an accident and when they came to pick up the car (mind you like a month and a half later) they came while me and my gf were sleeping and took the care without any notice!!!! Terrible company and will be filing a massive lawsuit on this
The staff were not at all friendly. If I hadn't ordered the uhaul online I would have walked out. They could find our reservation at first and then ultimately charged us more than what was indicated online. Once we went to hook up the trailer, that staff member was also unfriendly and very abrupt. I would avoid this business if at all possible.

One of my trucks broke down near Waupaca, this company was awesome to work with. Fast and reasonably prices. Also the staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company!!
Engine blew outside of Waupaca, on Hwy 10. Within 20minutes I was loaded and enroute to a Steven's Point repair shop, and talking Packer Football with the driver. Particularly happy because January temperature is not quite hospitable when the car is no longer functioning. These guys are real pros.
We recently broke down near Waupaca, requiring a tow and repair. They handled all aspects of our dilemma with speed and professionalism. We even got a ride to the Appleton airport on New Year’s Day from the owner Jim...needed to rent a car to continue on our trip. We could not possibly ask for more and we are grateful for their support.
The absolute worst service I've ever experienced. Every time we have had to come here, the workers and managers have been extremely rude! I don't know how this place stays in business.
My serpentine belt broke just two days after having it replaced by a different shop in Illinois. The manager of this shop personally called me the morning they were working on my car to explain everything that they found, what they wanted to replace and why, and even saved all of my old parts to show me and compare to the newly installed parts. The customer service and honesty of this place completely blew me away. When I went to go pick up my car, the mechanic that actually fixed everything showed under the hood and explained all the new parts. The manager even asked me to let them know when I safely made it back to Chicago because he had been just as upset as me when he found out that my car hadn't been fixed properly just two days before that.
My car wouldn't start after I put in gas so I called the truck stop that was nearby. Someone was there within 10 minutes to jump my car and then they installed a new battery for me. Great service!
I went here for a simple tire balance. I told the “manager” Jeff what noise I was hearing from the driver side front tire. Note: this was on12/10/18 the day of his little test drive with me which he stated would help him “diagnose” the problem. After I dropped him back off at this establishment he asked when I could come back to put on rack to see the problem. I told him same time tomorrow. Long story short. He told me that there was nothing wrong with car. I decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out there is a dent in rim. Seriously is it that hard to take a tire off and put on tire balancer? When a true mechanic puts a tire on a balancer machine they would obviously see the problem. Waupacas finest mechanics. Good job...not! It took a small town mechanic from Wild Rose at Lauritzens to figure out what was the problem.
Who gets two blowouts on a trailer in the same day? We do, and of course the second happned just past 6 when all the other tire places were closed.
These guys came out to check on us to make sure we weren't stranded, and although they didn't have the tire in stock, they put one on that at least got us off the road, and then had a new set of tires ready by the next morning.

Girlfriends car started to smoke and spray transmission fluid so we had it towed here. We called and explained what was going on so they'd know in advance what they were going to be working on. Instead of listening they just decided to drive it and seized the engine. They then decided to charge her $100 for diagnostics "your engine is seized up" and have the vehicle towed to a different place to be worked on. This shop should plain and simple not exist. It's just a scam.
