Went to get wipers blades. Bobbi helped us and installed them for me! Even though they were difficult. Even check the filter compartment for me and noticed the screws were lose so got those tightened! Great experience. Will definitely be back.
I took my niece's car in today to purchase some windshield wiper replacements. Bobby was absolutely amazing helping us! Bobby pointed out a few more things that needed attention on her car. We were very grateful for the extra help! We are definitely customers now! Bobby will definitely be my go to with car issues! So knowledgeable!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am happy they offer the code reading service for a check engine light. They recommended the fuel cleaning system product, we thought for $8 why not try, and it worked! Thank you.
Bobbi was great! I had a mechanic leave grease marks all over the interior of my car - the lining that feels like suede. Bobbi spent time with me looking at all different types of cleaners to address the issue. There was concern about the thinness of the material and possible tearing. We talked about it, got Tuff Stuff and when I got home, got to work. It worked great! Kuddos to Bobbi!!
I showed up with 14 quarts of used oil—well under the posted 20-quart limit—and was still turned away. If you're going to set a policy, at least stick to it. Disappointing experience.
i went to this auto zone ive never been to before to get oil and washer fluid and i was right away greeted by bobbi who asked if i needed any help and usually i just try and find it myself but he seemed very friendly and ready to help me. i was in and out in under 10 minutes and he offered to sign me up for a rewards account which ive never been offered before! he informed me of the benefit of getting 20 dollars after gettinf 5 rewards points (you get one after spending 20 dollars) which is lowkey a good deal considering how often i get stuff from auto zone. he even offered me a funnel which made everything super fast and messless! definitely recommend this location, the staff was extremely friendly all around. usually when i go to any auto store i get bad vibes but this one was cool :) give bobbi a raise!!

He connected to my mini van for a check engine light. I had a low coolant level. Problem identified, No charge. !!!
He helped me select the proper coolant for my car. The engine light went off. All in less then ten minutes.
The dealer wanted close to $200 for the diagnosis , then extra for the solution. And it would have been hours.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. After several attempts to get help, not a single employee — including the regional manager who eventually returned my call — knew how to search for a missing receipt. Shockingly, they couldn’t even locate a receipt that was less than a week old using their POS system. The level of incompetence and lack of effort was incredibly frustrating. Rather than issuing a proper refund, they quickly pushed store credit as a solution, which felt lazy and dismissive. Overall, it was a poor and unprofessional customer service experience.
I walked in, and Erwin knew exactly what I needed found it, and even directed me to the exact spot that it was in I was nervous about finding the right part and he made it easy
The gentleman who helped me was Austin Krueger, he was fantastic! Came in to buy new headlight bulb & he offered to install it for me. Not just that, but was able to isolate the reason why my headlight was burnt out & how it will get fixed. He was full of so much great information, he explained everything to me & was so kind. Thank you, Austin!
EDIT 3-6-2025: Irvan was such a sweetheart & was THE MAN today. Once again my car burnt a bulb out & Irvin not only saved me money, but he taught me a thing or two about vehicles & their maintenance. He did some sleuthing for me about what my car needed, truly going to extra mile. The staff here are the best. Despite coming here because my car is being a pain, they make the experience enjoyable!
Great place and the people are great. But sadly I have a car they cannot get the parts I need. That tho is likely as the car manufacturer makes it so you have to go to the dealerships.
Edit additional info: Blew my passenger tail light and my hand was too big to fit in the tiny opening to replace it. A HUGE SHOUT-OUT TO CHRIS E. for changing the bulb for me. He was kind enough to squeeze his hand in there and make short work of it. Great addition to the team!
Had the exact headlight I needed.
I went to this Auto zone this morning thinking I needed a simple battery exchange. Turns out a charging cable in my car was corroded and it was not going to start even with the new battery. The employees here went above and beyond to help me, standing out in the cold, trying a number of things, and calling dealerships on my behalf. Ultimately I did not buy a battery from them because that was not my issue but I wanted them to know how much I appreciated them. I will definitely go back there for future auto parts needs!
Garreth S. went above and beyond to provide the best customer service. He walked me through the entire process for finding the right bulbs I was needing replaced and also went ahead and installed them right there in the parking lot. He was so patient and helpful! I will be back for any future needs I have!
The worst store is always they don't have spare parts in stock already this is the 4th store they don't have a link stabilizer so don't go there for a spare part just waste your time
I can't say enough positive things about this location and especially Manager Austin. Not only is he kind, but a great source for recommendations and assisting me with small services that I'm not physically able to do because of physical disabilities. (Ie:filling DEF and changing wipers blades). He's understanding and makes sure what I need is handled quickly and efficiently. Thanks again Austin. This store is my go to for whatever I need for maintenance products, and small services.
We were very pleased with the service we received at the Pewaukee AutoZone. Nick was very helpful, added the wiper blades to our car, and we were finished in a matter of minutes. We would definitely recommend this store for any auto parts.
Went in for 16 inch universal wheel covers. They had about 8 to 10 different ones to pick from. All priced around $50 for a set of four. Went home and installed. They have a great tight fit, two different mounting points for tension ring.
Best customer service I’ve had in awhile. Melo made sure to not only help me with my purchase but even went above and beyond to see that I learned how to install my parts I bought and see how they work. Before I even bought it I explained my wipers were no good and I didn’t know much, he put on his coat understanding that I might need more help and didn’t think twice! Definitely a 11/10
I called the store as my Jeep was not starting in the parking lot and Shayla came out, in the rain mind you, to test my battery and jump start the vehicle. After not wanting to risk getting stuck, I pulled in front of the store and worked with Shayla to pull out the damaged battery and replace it with a fresh one. She can attest that getting the security feature off the battery was a chore in itself, we worked together with supplies in the store. She was patient with me and replacing the battery properly. A first-class experience with an employee who really stepped up to the plate! Thank you for all you do Shayla! AutoZone is in good hands when you are on site helping! I appreciate you!
Excellent customer service. Went there for a battery replacement. The guy who helped me was friendly, Caring and spent a lot of time trying to find out what is specifically wrong. At the end, and after putting the new battery, we opted that it's not a battery issue and ended up putting my old one back & charge me nothing. Highly recommended.
Needed a alternator fast because it was a time sensitive job and Ben the store manager went above and beyond to get me what I needed. It was the correct part and he was a pleasure to work with. He creates good chemistry with customers and seems excited to help you solve your problem. I was dealing with a competitor and got fed up with the attitude I received. I'll go back to this store back to this store for sure
