William was extremely helpful! My tire was losing air due to my rim. He took the time to search for a replacement. He also provided me with information on where I could purchase a rim or a set online. He answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. Thanks William!

Had a flat tire n a snowstorm and that Firestone was right down the street from where it happened they really came through for me because I had a key lock on there with no key and they found one for me and gave it to me at no charge appreciate these guys and they help me out with really affordable pricing for a tire

They run sponsored ads on the keywords "Emission Testing" on Google Maps, yet don't even provide the service. The guy working the service counter was extremely rude saying they do "Emission Repair" and that's why they showed up. They're the ones choosing to show up for those keywords. Attached proof they have sponsored ads for testing not just repair. Steer clear of their shady marketing, bait and switch tactics.

Very pleased that Tyler was able to get the tire pressure light on my dashboard to turn off! I have gone for nearly a year with this light on my dashboard because I did not want to take it to Toyota to fix. Because of the government shutdown, we did not have a paycheck since October 1st and I did not wish to spend the extra money at toyota. I needed to get an oil change and decided to let Firestone take care of it since they take good care of my husband's car. Firestone did not only do a wonderful job with the oil change, but they also fix this Dashboard Light that I thought would never go away! LOL I was also very impressed and excited about the final bill! I'm sure not many people could say that!

They talked me through everything, worked with me on discounts and offered other options if I couldn't afford to buy and change everything right away. Very open and honest, timing was great too!

Had a tire patched. They also rebalanced the tire and replaced the valve stem. I worked in an auto center and have patched hundreds of tires, valve stems should be replaced with new tires and will last the life of the tire, they don’t need replacing with a tire repair.

Bernard was awesome! My car wouldn't start after grocery shopping at the Metro Market nearby. I walked to the Firestone and Bernard brought a starter pack to my car, got it going and even tested my battery for me...all at no charge. Talk about building a customer base through trust! Thank you so much!

They went above and beyond to get my tire. My tire had a punctured sidewall and they were out of my tires size. Marcel was able to track one down. He ran out to pick it up rather than have me wait up to three hours until the truck made its regular delivery. Everything considered, I was there for less than two and a half hours. Also, considering I had relatives in town, this was excellent service.

I had a screw in my tire and they had me fixed and ready to go in under an hour. Thanks for working your schedule efficiently.

Walked in looking for 4 tires. The employee ordered them up for the next day. Next day came and dropped off car. A couple hours later my car was done. They made it simple and easy. Just the way I like it.

I am a 69 year old woman. When I go in to have an all wheel alignment, the steering wheel isn't always aligned and I have to keep bring my vehicle back. This just happened to me again! I took it back in to have the steering wheel aligned and I got attitude. They checked the alignment and all wheels looked aligned on the printout. They gave me their scripted excuse about the road. I left and ended up calling again for another appointment. More attitude. I explained that the steering wheel should be aligned with the column behind the steering wheel and that when doing the alignment the steering wheel probably moved. They performed what ever and sure enough I was right. They tweaked it and it was good. This happened multiple times. I was frustrated they didn't look into deeper and not trusting me plus the attitude I was getting, I said if you want me to go somewhere else I will. I got no reply. The guy could have said no we will figure it out until it correct, but no.

Dishonest business practices. Lie about work that is needed. Rack up huge bills that aren’t accurate in an attempt to be able to get more money from unassuming customers. Shady. Wouldn’t recommend these people. Go to Jerry’s Automotive if you want honest mechanics and diagnoses that aren’t fluffed up to leach more money.

I called and was greeted warmly by Kathy on the phone. Kathy answered my questions simply and honestly. I was able to bring my car in that same day and again, I was greeted warmly by Kathy. She was helpful and extremely knowledgable. I was comfortable asking her questions and asking for her suggestions. She made my experience with Firestone memorable and I will return/ recommend this location going forward. Thank you Kathy for your kindness and awesome service!

Came in for an oil change. Didn’t take no time at all which was great! Marcel was super helpful and let me know that there was an issue with my car that needed to be looked at! Scheduled me super quick! I would definitely come here again if I have anymore troubles!

Came in with a strange clunk sound that was happening in my car. Turns out something was broken. Kathy was wonderful she made the place very welcoming! Got there at 3:30 and left by 4:20! Very quick and fast and everyone there was so polite. I’m definitely coming back here if something happens again! Highly recommend🙏🏼

I would like to thank Kathy and Jamie for working one hour past closing time on Sunday so that I could have my truck back that evening. It would have been easy for them to say it would need to be kept overnight and finished up on Monday. Instead they stayed and finished the job. That's what I call dedication and providing outstanding Customer Service! There are no words to express how much I appreciate their effort. I hope corporate takes note of this. First time visiting this store and was hoping for better service than our previous service provider that we have been having issues with. Kathy the store manager and Marcel the service specialist were amazing! Got my car in right on time and out in the time they quoted. Worked with me on the price I wanted and then even got me a better deal half way through the service. I believe we have found our new home for all our vehicle services. Thanks again so much!

So it’s about 4:30pm. I am half hour from home. The tire pressure light had appeared, followed by a warning message to get the tire looked at. Tyler answered at Firestone. He said I could bring the car by even though it was close to 6:00pm. The service tech found a nail in the tire and it was fixable. No baloney. No upselling. No messing around. I was out of there with my patched tire in less than 20 minutes. Now granted I hit the timing right, they had time or maybe they made time. No matter, thank you Tyler for accepting the later appointment. Thank you for managing the process so smoothly. Other places were not answering the phone or only booking for the next day. I was really concerned about driving on a tire inflated at 25 that should have been around 32.

Came here for an oil change Kathy noticed that I need some new tires. Unfortunately I was low on funds so she gave me an amazing deal and was able to get back on the road safely. Thank you Kathy you are truly an amazing person!

Kathy at Firestone was amazing- she got me an alignment appointment around my work schedule. The technicians are knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is perfect.

First time ever buying tires from Firestone. I was lured in by the lifetime alignment deal and I needed new tires, and their prices seemed pretty competitive among those I researched. Plus I'm sick of getting ripped off by my dealership. So I set up an appointment online and went today to get the tires and alignment. From the start, Kathy at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel at home and confident in the service I would receive and answered the many questions I asked her truthfully and knowledgeablely. She made me question why I hadn't trusted them with my service sooner! I feel like I got the service I deserved at a price that I was comfortable with. And the car drives as smooth as silk now on the roads! I can't thank them enough for the service, and for Kathy helping me through the process! You've won a customer in me and I will be returning in the fall for my winter tires! Thanks again!

Great experience!! Friendly people! Showroom was extremely clean when I came in and staff was very attentive. I was in need of a tire asap and instead of just getting one I got all 4! They got me the best deal on tires! Can’t beat the prices! Also, the turn around was super quick and easy! Definitely recommend!

I am a long-term customer of Firestone and I like their products, quality and service. This visit was to purchase 4 tires for my Granddaughter's car. Firestone did not have the cheapest tires, but their price was competitive and the quality of their tires is unmatched by Discount houses. The tires are great and "All Season" and thus, my Granddaughter is now more safe as she is driving down the road regardless of the weather.

I needed some service done to my vehicle last week, so I decided to come to this store as soon as I walked in a women greeted me her name was Kathy, she was very knowledgeable & her personality was great. She set me up with a set of 4 new tires & alignment. I was very happy with the service I got & I will be returning once I need more things done to my vehicle.

I had a screw on my tire. They said I should leave the car whole day. I opened youtube, learned how to fix it, drove to closest autozone and fixed it by myself in less than an hour. Now I have a repair kit purchased for only $12. Thank you Firestone, without your negligence I wouldn’t be doing this by myself. I will never stop by your stores anymore.

I was here yesterday to get a tire repair from a screw stuck in it. They said my tire was unrepairable and suggested I buy a new one. I took it to a different shop which was easily fixed and only charged $15. This place is s complete rip off and I highly recommend not coming here unless you want to be ripped off.
