I made an online appointment for tire rotation (Friday @9a.m), then was contacted the next morning via phone call by Tires Plus stating there was no availability so I need to pick a different time. Arrived to my new scheduled time for a basic tire rotation, on tires I purchased new from them 11 months earlier. Rotation was completed and the manager Ray was aggressive in asking for a positive review, stating he was in a competition with another employee and the winner gets dinner? He also stated that I needed a coolant flush. I thought that was odd since my coolant was just flushed during a water pump replacement less than 2 months earlier. I left the location and was driving for a while when my 2020 Ford van alerted me to a tire pressure issue. I checked my vehicles information display, it indicated that the front and rear tire pressure was not to spec. I returned to the shop and spoke to the manager about this. He spoke to the technician, who stated that the vehicles tpms would not reset? but the tires are set to the correct pressure. I was sent on my way with no effort to rectify my newly acquired issue caused by them. I watched a quick YouTube video on how to relearn the tire position after rotating tires. I easily fixed the issue myself. Although it was inconvenient for me, as its early February in Wisconsin and I had to do this in my driveway. I had assumed taking my vehicle into a professional shop would have the competence to handle this. Use caution at this location.

Ray was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. He even took time to research something for us to ensure he can take care of us with another vehicle in the future. Turned a Monday morning flat tire into a great experience. Thanks, Ray and Nico!

Been here a for awhile now for Tire replacements, Oil changes, Filter changes, and general inspections for future visits. Ray and Gia were always professional, while also being very informative and patient with any questions I had. I was making a trip from Pennsylvania to Montana, hit snowy conditions and realized pretty quickly that I had put off tire purchase for too long. I stopped in here and they fixed me up in a very timely manner . Staff was friendly and professional, my experience was great ! Thank you fellas!

I went to the one Tires Plus location to get an estimate, and it was higher for the same tires, The tech was not engaging. He was just doing his job. I went to another tire shop and wasn't impressed by their process or selection. Ray, at the Pewaukee location was friendly and gave me a lower estimate. Plus he gave me professional advice in selecting Firestone vs. off-brand and handling in snow. When we picked up tires, there was an additional discount. We felt blessed with the savings! Ray and the other guy at pick up were friendly, professional, and engaging! We felt God was watching over the whole process!

We had a wonderful experience today at the Pewaukee location. We discovered early in the day that both of our vehicles had an issue with a nail being embedded in one of the tires. I called early in the morning and spoke with Gia. I explained our situation with both vehicles and she was able to get us in on short notice and get both vehicles taken care of by mid morning. The customer service we received from Gia and staff was exceptional. We will absolutely go back to this store the next time we have an issue. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service!

I will only take my car here from now on! The entire team provided truly exceptional service. Gia was so welcoming and friendly with my children, who had to come along when I dropped off the car. I greatly appreciated her kindness and patience. It made the drop-off stress-free. Domenico did a fantastic job on the repair! I had no idea what the issue was, but my car is now running perfectly smoothly. I was also extremely impressed that they were able to fix it all the same day. Highly recommend this team!

I have been coming to this location the last few times my car has needed service and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone has a great attitude and is willing to go more in depth about technical issues when I ask, giving me more confidence that they will take great care of my car!

Definitely a great store to go to! Gia at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They were super patient with me as I had to bring my crazy toddler into the store. Dom did a fantastic job with my car and it was a very efficient. Overall, fantastic job!

I believe it was Nate who helped me at the Pewaukee location recently. His customer service skills were excellent. I do not remember the last time I received such good service. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I watched him answer phones while managing the desk. He has a smile even when he is busy and pulled in many directions. Nate truly seems to care about making each customer's experience a good one.

I was really pleased with the service that Gia provided at the Pewaukee Tires plus this week. After inspecting my current tires, she found they were in need of replacement, but still under the mileage warranty, of which I still had about 30k miles remaining. Since they had even wear and I had them rotated regularly, she determined they qualified for the warranty! She also has a really good knowledge of their product line, as she recommended a different tire model that would be a better option for my vehicle. I've been a customer at this location for a few years now, but I've never been happier with the service. Thanks, Gia!

Tires Plus in Pewaukee is excellent!!!! We had two vehicles needing service. We were able to get in quickly. They were upfront with the plan and costs. Nathan provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite and friendly. We were kept up to date on the progress. The prices were fair and the services were completed quickly. We will be going back for future services and highly recommend them to others.
