My Freightliner Coronado refused to start on a very cold Wisconsin morning. Called Ralphs before their office hours and they were very helpful. Jason arrived and got me going in 30 minutes. Thank you guys for saving my ass!
Had a brake issue and was broke down. Ralph Williams Service was there for me in less than an hour and made the repair in the field quickly. The mechanic was very conscientious and put everything back together exactly as it was. The invoice wasn't painful either!

About 12 minutes ago I was heading Southbound on 45 a Ralph's towing truck got over while I was near his back end and set me not only onto the shoulder but off into the ditch. Thank God it wasn't about 30 seconds further down the road because I would have been in a lot of trouble. The driver decided to not stop, when I got back onto the lane and sped up to get what company it was he flicked me off as I got back over into the right lane where I needed to be, he then cut me off again just a hurry and get off on the exit because he's seen I was videoing him. I called the company and the man that answered the phone, did not give me his name, told me why I don't know what to tell you that's not like him. Instead of saying I apologize ma'am I will speak to him about being safe and watching his surroundings. It's a very good thing that I have a dash cam in my car. Also that I was able to get him on camera, his face. I worked for a tow truck company for 15 years if this ever happened we reprimanded our drivers and of course apologize to the person. The driver could have seriously injured me and if it was a few seconds further down the road he could have killed me. We are doing 70 mph do I have to contact the police and get my dash cam footage now it's ridiculous when all I was looking for was an apology and reassurement that the driver would be spoken to. I didn't get that I got I don't know what to tell you. This company should be ashamed of themselves period what if this driver did have a large vehicle that he was Towing I would have been killed. This really does show how they feel about people who are potential customers and if they don't care about people they don't care about their customers if they don't care about the way their drivers actually drive they don't care about their customers or a potential vehicle on the back of their tow truck

I was in need of a heavy duty tow today for my food truck business! This company went more than beyond with help and for a great price! Our Tow Truck driver sent out to us was not like any other driver I’ve ever had to work with. His attitude was great and seemed happy to be helping us out. We needed a tow 20 miles out but helped us come up with a better idea and helped us understand what issue had occur with our truck which happened to be a problem with our starter. Amazing guy and definitely knew what he was doing! 10/10 recommend this company!

Had a delivery driver in the area with a flat tire. John was very helpful over the phone and had our driver back on the road in short time. Extremely satisfied with the service we received!
I was headed up north with my boat, and one of my wheel bearings went bad and smoked the tire. They pulled it right up on their flat bed, put a new axle on it, and they had it ready for our next trip up north!! This was on a Saturday, and I thought I was stranded! We were on our way within a hour! Great guys and a great company! Very fair prices also!
