Josh and Ashley are good honest people. Josh did a good job on something that required taking out my dash. Very pleased with the job he did and hopefully the part will last awhile. I’ve found a new place for honest good repairs.
Recently had my car towed here after a break down. I was more than pleased with the work the shop had done and even more so when I went to pay the bill and it was less than the quote they had given me. I felt the owners were very honest and genuine which sadly is not always the case when taking your car into a shop. If your car is in need of repair, this is a place I would recommend taking it too.
Sunday funday and a motorcycle in our group breaks down across the street from Sedgwick's. They were having there own family time and didn't have to but they did. Josh stopped what he was doing, loaded up the motorcycle on a trailer and drove it all the way back to Neosho out of the kindness of his heart.
I had a great experience at Sedgwick's Automotive. I can honestly say I'll go back. They were very courteous and showed me what was wrong before doing any work! You can't trust a lot of mechanics but I trust Josh! My first time there today and I left with a good feeling. Thank you Josh and Ashley! Highly recommend!!! No joke
We aren't from the area, but our vehicle broke down right outside of Sedgwick's shop. Our SUV unfortunately needed major repairs, but Josh and Ashley were great to work with and did excellent work. We can't recommend this shop enough!
The most transparent shop I have been too. I love it there! Josh explains everything in a manner I can understand and he definitely gets the job done! Treated like family there. They have a loyal customer in me.
Best place I’ve ever taken my vehicle to. Very cost efficient compared to most/all places in the west bend/allenton area. Overall, friendly staff that gives speedy service and always has your best interest in mind. 10/10
By far the nicest ppl I have had the pleasure of meeting. Great service from front desk to the mechanic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. And helped me save some $$, what more could you ask for, my mechanic for life
Owner was very nice and accommodating. Had to tow my car to shop when tire went out on highway. He also packed up all my stuff in my car in a box for me when the car was going to salvage yard so I didn’t have to drive all the way there to get my stuff. Exceptional!
I can not thank Josh at Sedgwich's enough for going above and beyond for me today. My daughter pulled over on I41 heading to an appointment from Neenah, WI to Illinois and had tire damage. I called Sedgwich's and Josh was so kind and took care of her right away and made sure she could make it safely home. This is one grateful Mom that will forever sing your praises!!
Amazing customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable people. I'm from out of town and had to get towed in. Business for them is super busy, but they got my car going in no time! I would highly recommend this shop, if you want fair prices, good quality work, and a friendly environment they are definitely the place to do business with!
Honest mechanic who does great work at a reasonable price. Not afraid to show you what the problem was and explain what they believe caused it. Definitely will be taking any of my vehicles here in the future to be worked on.
I m not one to write reviews but I had to take the time to give credit where credit is ABSOLUTELY DESERVED!!!! Sedgwick is HONEST & the work is impeccable. I also had an issue with my steering wheel & it was covered under a recall which I would’ve never known. I definitely recommend Sedgwick’s in Allenton you will not be disappointed!!!! He got me in last minute for an emergency repair. The shop was very organized and professional. Very affordable work and very trustworthy. I will be back with my other vehicles.
