Never had a bad experience before except for, The O'reilly's in spooner Wisconsin. The one lady in the o'reillys in Spooner with the tattoos and the piercings all over her face Was disrespectful And would not honor my discount. Never again will I set foot in O'reilly's in Spooner Wisconsin
Have appreciated the service personnel at Spooner location for years. Adequate supply for a small rural city. Generally can get needed parts within 48 hours, quite typically in 24 hours. We'll established supplier for most local mechanics.
My alternator was going out and I limped it over to the O reillys in spooner and they were nothing but helpful, Matt, allowed me to borrow the tools necessary and helpful input in what to do 10/10
We were greeted as we walked in, the store was clean and organized and they had lots of stuff. We got what we needed right away and were on our way quickly. The employees were super helpful too.
Absolutely amazing staff and super helpful! A female staff in the spooner wi store helped me today (didn’t catch her name) to find an item in her store that wasn’t even for a vehicle! Haha. I needed something to use for a pool pump and she dug and dug around until she found something that I could actually work with. I (and my kids!) appreciated her help today more than anything! Definitely 5/5 service!!

Also had to buy a 1 inch socket as this truck had no tools . That's ok. Now I have 6.

We were at the store Sunday the 19th at 5:51pm and doors were locked a worker glanced at us and grabbed his coat and went to the back tried calling the store no answer store hours CLEARLY showing 6 pm. I have had nothing but problems with this location!!! So now I’m leaving a review cause calling and complaining gets no where apparently!!!
Small town store with a great inventory. Very helpful staff. I needed brass fittings for an oil pressure sender for my boat, and they had an assortment. I was pleasantly surprised.
Great brands at low cost with fantastic service and overnight ordering in most cases. However in the store is another thing, I've frequently gotten parts from here and other locations over the years that were the wrong part in the right box. Make sure to look before buying because some parts can't be returned and they don't confirm it's the right part except by the packaging
We had a great experience here. Guys were super nice and very helpful. Had to get some stuff for our jet ski, they were awesome and hands on. Thanks guys!
The two gentleman working this evening we're amazing the one fixed my headlights the other one kept me company in the store as I shopped I scored some really awesome floor mats and I can now see with my headlights straight instead of one shooting at the sky and one shooting at the ground they both were very accommodating and helpful hands down awesome service
Thanks to Nick and his staff I was able get right to my specific part. I was deep in a project with a tranfer case on my chevy. All the staff nailed exactly what I needed. They were friendly. The place was clean. Prices competitive. Return policy is 100% money back. Highly recommend. A+
Received 5+ star service from Dave H. Head lamp needed for our car was not in system, so he came out and pulled it, found new one and put it in. And generously put in the second one. Great way to treat a customer. Thanks!
Normally I've had good experience at the Spooner, WI location, but the lady that I dealt with today had no customer service skills. She was very unfriendly, not helpful and didn't even try to answer my question. In fact, she acted annoyed that i requested assistance. She was definitely not the kind of person I would have expected to be in a customer service position working with the public.
Great staff and really helpful. I was in to get all new lights for my car and D helped me find all of the ones I needed. Nice to have a knowledgeable staff.
I don't often shop for auto parts, but this place was great. David saved our fishing trip with his recommendation of a boat motor mechanic, and a gentleman named Dave did us a real solid by hooking up our trolling motor battery. It wasn't just a normal trolling motor battery installation. The location of this battery was in a really tight spot that was tough to get to. Because of the people working there I would highly recommend this O'Reilly if you are in need of auto parts while in Spooner.
I have been coming here for my oil changing, bug grooming, snow removing needs for years, and they always have what I need. From small town friendly talk, to big city essentials O’Reillys proves to be a fantastic competitor to any auto parts store out there!

I know nothing about cars and I needed a new windshield wiper. These guys found me the right wiper and went outside in icy snow and sleet to put it on for me. Thanks for going above and beyond, and this isn't the first time. Excellent place.
I've never had any issues with the people or parts. Some of the guys have been around long enough they can figure out the roundabout ways to get your hard to figure out project done. Will continue to go back.
