Tried to return the Car quest brand oil filter I bought from the sales man who sold it to me. Did not have the receipt, I live ,30 mins away, he said " how do I know you bought it here? " He refused to refund my money.
For the area I wouldn't hesitate to make this my #1 Parts store, Great service and on the plus side I always leave with a smile on my face even if I spend the "big bucks" it's going to a good cause -"Horsepower"-
Staff is very helpful. They want to make sure you are getting what you need and not going to have to bring it back. Not afraid to get dirty to take care of the eww customer. Thanks Dave and crew. Very miuch appreciated.
The best parts store in Spooner! Dave and Darrin forgot more than the O'Reilly crew will ever know. Have yet to get a wrong part. (Unlike O'reilly's) They do not oversell you and the prices are always less.
