Had a cash to pay for the products. They didn’t have enough cash to exchange. You don’t run a business if you can deliver. Regardless if most people pay with cards, should always be ready to have enough cash if one pays by cash and need to return remaining changes

Nice selection of wiper blades(what we went there for), and prices were comparable to other stores. The associate who checked my husband and I out had a great sense of humor! While my husband was putting on the new wiper blades in the parking lot, a store associate who had just gotten off their shift came over to ask if he needed help. Great customer service!

Since my first comment was deleted, I will write this again. I went in to replace my wiper blade that broke off and when I asked them to install, I was told, rudely, that they weren’t allowing any service techs out with the cold weather. I was disappointed. Won’t be going back but best of luck to this store.

Purchased a headlight for my CRV. The employee from the service counter installed very quickly.

I came here a few days ago to buy suspension parts for my truck which ended up to be the wrong part. I came back later on to dispute them and I was given a nasty attitude by the manager. I will never shop here again.

Always get what I need. Most of the counter agents are knowledgeable about most things. Shelves are always stocked and have good variety.

Tool loan program is great for those seldom used tools that I don't need to own and store. Their gear puller worked great!

Always the best customer service and fast parts. I just started learning to work on my own vehicles a few years ago. Every time I visit this Oreillys I learn something new from the staff. They’re always pointing me in the right direction and filling in the gaps that books or YouTube don’t have. Jerry and Keith have been super helpful (everyone at this location is great but those are the only ones I know by name).

Not sure what changed but at some point AutoZone across the street lost talent & knowledge, so now I shop at O'Reilly's. Have been very happy with employee knowledge and with the service I've received.

Gerry is the best! He is always very helpful, honest and is also very knowledgable. Thanks for the great service. I've been a customer there numerous times and the great service keeps me coming back.

Always a great experience with great staff. I recently returned an opened item and wanted to exchange it for something different. The item I wanted was hanging on a hook marked $20, but it rang up as $40. The staff honored the $20 price even though I said I realized it was an honest mistake and was willing to pay what it rang up as. What a way to keep me as a customer, and I will continue to choose this store over the AutoZone directly across the street.

Front desk was great help he took time to answer my questions. Also took a look at my suv . Definitely would go back.

Depending on which one you go to a lot of them don't know the parts cuz they want to give you the wrong parts working on the brakes all weekend game all the right information Honda model the year date was built in and they still screwed it up they don't listen when you come into town make model and year then they got to ask all the questions again and again and again if they can't remember it then she have had a paper and pencil and write it down this is for all the facilities

Gerry it's a professional and fantastic manager. He really deserves a raise he enjoyed helping his customers and helps them find what they need.

Good. The Gentleman was polite and helped me out. I never opened a FOB before. Showed me how to open it and tips for cleaning it.

Three strikes and this business is out with me. Three different visits, three different employees, three times given the wrong parts and had to return to get the right ones. Every time, someone had grabbed a box with stock # one digit off from the one we needed.

They were very friendly. They helped me find the one and only kind of windshield wiper blade my car takes and ordered me one since they only had one left. It came in that afternoon.

People are nice there. They work so well with you. Bought parts online their website and didn't need them. I brought them back to the store and got my money back

Jerry is very helpful, and knowledgeable. I stopped going to AutoZone once he quit. OReilly are very fortunate to have an employee such as him, he makes the store very fast fair and friendly. Just ask Jerry, no worries!

I had a bad experience at this location the employee that was helping me wasn't trying at all. She was not polite or helpful at all she looked at the part that I need for less than a minute and just said I don't know what that is sorry. So if you guys end up at this location don't ask Tina because she won't be eny help
