I have brought my VW here several times, and each time I have been satisfied. Excellent customer service that starts at the front desk. They know their stuff! One of the premier European and German shops around. Highly recommend!
So I brought my vehicle here to have an inspection and before they even got into it, they saw that my vehicle was unsafe to drive and gave me an estimate for $472. I was going out of town for 10 days so they let me keep it there until I got back with no storage fee. They fixed it right away and called me. Not only was it done quick but they tightened 3 other bolts that would have broke like the one that they welded AND my final bill was only $$303!!! When does that happen?? Never in my lifetime..and he was very pleasant to deal with. His mama would be proud. DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!
Have been working with these guys for the past 5 years. Efficient, competent and excellent professionalism. Been to other shops with my Porsche only to be sorely disappointed. Not at this place. it's a hiddden gem that's not far from anybody.
Blake did an amazing job and provided something that you won’t get from other locations - a true connection and advice over what your vehicle needs rather than just getting you in and out and trying to push unnecessary things!
Update- I won’t go anywhere else and I recommend this shop to everyone I know!! You’re not going to get fancy coffee, cookies, a recliner, etc, but you will get super friendly, honest, thorough, service with NO UPSELLING. They tell me, this is crucial, or you could wait a bit in this, but no more than 6 months, etc. Blake and Cole are the best!

Love these guys. Great work, no nonsense and a perfect alternative to outrageous dealership costs. German cars need proactive maintenance and these guys are enthusiasts who take pride in their work. I do a bunch of my own work, but a recent AC problem on my Mk5 R32 needed a professional fix and the right tools. It was handled quickly and for much less than I anticipated. I buy my oil and filters for DIY services here too! Thanks for all your help with our fleet of occasionally temperamental VWs.
Brought my S-Class there after the dealer suggested $11k in repairs/maintenance. Blake explained why half of it was not necessary and completed the needed repairs. I’ll be bringing the car there instead of the dealer now.
Brought my volvo here on a no-start condition, while this could be many things, the team here was able to diagnose and fix my car first try. They even noticed I had a vacuum leak within my boost system, and repaired the line free of charge.
Overall, I highly recommend bringing any vehicle to this shop! I thank the team here for being so skilled in their profession.
Started hearing noises and had a drop in ride quality on my car, so I brought it in to get checked out. They found the issue to be a locked up caliper and ordered the required parts right away. Got my car back and it feels brand new, can’t recommend these guys enough they do amazing work!
I've brought multiple vehicles here over the past 12 months. They are upfront, honest and a very reputable shop in all my experiences. I was just there for an oil change this week on my foreign vehicle and they found a leak that will be covered under my car factory warranty. I will certainly continue to do business with them!

I was absolutely impressed with Hudson Automotive. Everything that was needed on my vehicle was explained in detail. They were patient and understanding knowing I knew nothing about cars. Cole was extremely friendly and loved working w him. Blake made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands and that I was very well cared about as a customers. It's got old school customer service with modern day repair equipment, so they dont miss a beat! Blake and the crew are awesome, honest, and efficient. This is the only place I trust anymore, with our family's vehicles. Their prices are fair, and they are clear on what needs to be done now, soon, and the future so you can plan out some of those more expensive fixes in different visits!

Took my '72 Mercedes 350SL no start in. They diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed that and addressed a couple of other issues while they had it. I will be taking my vehicle to them for service from now on.

Awesome work! I brought my Audi S6 in for a pretty big round of service, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Great communication throughout, reasonably priced, high quality work and my car was in and out pretty quickly. Highly recommend these guys, very knowledgeable and very honest.
