Place is a joke. They would not sell me cage bolts, told me I had to buy complete chambers to get them. Went across town to Parts City and they helped me with no hassle.
Got put out of service at the Hudson scale. Tech came out and adjusted my trailer brakes and repaired an air leak. Drove truck to the shop to replace a trailer shock. Great tech on site and Keith and Cory Service Advisors were awesome
They are very greedy. Asking money they will use all trigs to you robbed. I called road service Freezing truck too cold to start charge was $225 prior plus call fee $225. They said it needs be towed to the shop. There was low oil pressure sign on. The manager said it’s Bearings, I asked him if Oil change will solve the problem. My truck was not changed the oil for. 40,000 miles. He said no I said may be oil pump. He said no” I don’t Think So”. He said $200 per hour to and 4 days waiting at the shop. I changed the Oil problem went AWAY. Don’t Ho there they too dump and scavengers they will tear your engine apart. Please stay AWAY
IN my experience, I think they don’t know nothing especially the guy he came to my truck just to check it and he charged me high $1200 almost he don’t do nothing and he doesn’t fix it they don’t write the details in the paper I just give you 0/10
My experience with these guys happened about 6 months ago but it was such a positive experience I swore I had to leave a review. I got into Baldwin WI at about 9 pm with an air bag that was leaking pretty good. I assumed I would never find a shop Will to work on my truck at that time of night but found these guys on a Google search and decided to call anyway. To my surprise they said come on in we'll get it fixed. They got me in and out a new air bag in, in pretty short order. Once done I tried to back in under my trailer to hitch up but found the locking jaw in the 5th wheel locked shut. Went back into the shop now near closing time and explained my problem. Again much to my surprise they said pull it back in. They pulled the 5th wheel off and looked it over. They wasn't able to fix the 5th wheel without ordering a kit but they was able get my 5th wheel temporarily working again allowing me to make my delivery the next morning. Ultimately they saved my delivery and kept me from having to cancel all my loads for the upcoming week. These guys was friendly and went well beyond what most shops would go for that time of night just before closing. If Im ever in need of emergency repairs while in the area these guys are who I'm gonna call. AND thier price was decent as well. I definitely DID NOT feel ripped off and abused as some shops leave you feeling.
You guys are amazing you helped me out at a desperate time in order for me to continue across the state. I will not hesitate to come back again the service was impeccable.

Awesome bunch of people to deal with. Had my truck in to get fixed and they didn't have the part but got it as quick as possible and was back on the road within a few hours. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the area and need work done
We had an EGR repair done at another shop. Down the road our fuel filters clogged up. Blaine Brothers showed up for us roadside and had us back on the road within 2 hours. I know that may not seem fast, but in our industry 5 hours on the side of the road just waiting for someone to show up is not uncommon. We were repaired and moving within 2. Great job and very reasonable price.
I showed up around 0600 on a Monday morning without an appointment. Doug had me in the shop by 0700 and two of his guys got to work on my truck immediately. They accurately diagnosed the issues with the truck and the trailer, made repairs with correct parts that were in stock and had me out two hours later.
This an independent repair facility, not a dealership. That being said, it is not a mom and pop discount shop. Be prepared to pay for what you get, but expect to get what you pay for with the assurance that they will stand behind their work.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have plenty money to waste. Very disorganized staff , no written estimates because of price fixes. What a waste time! Drivers this repair shop is ripped me off so do you math.
Highly recommend this shop. Our truck was stranded and needed both a tow and repair. Blaine Brothers was able to help with both. Mike at Blaine Brothers worked with us getting the truck to the repair shop and completing the work both quickly and efficiently. Great shop to work with.
Great place to have your truck serviced worked on. What ever you need done they are one if the best places to have the work done. I haven't had a problem at all bringing my truck here. One of the best places I've been at.
I somehow managed to put a shank through the middle of another patch that was done months ago. Friendly guys! Did fast excellent work! Would use them again!
I had an airbag let go on me recently. My dispatcher sent me to this location. They got me in immediately and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Repairs were made extremely fast and I was on my way. Fantastic service shop.
Amazing service! Timely service, on a Sunday morning. I called and arranged for emergency assistance and was back on the road within an hour. Much appreciated!
Guys are great inside and out! Had a trailer light problem and they were able to squeeze me in. Pulled it in at 1pm, pulled out at 3pm same day! One and done! I pull an older Trail King and it was no problem for them. Highly recommended! Go see Doug or Mark and get it done right the first time.
Good place. Labor rate is better than I'm Mpls St Paul and they actually reapir stuff instead of overcharging and just throwing parts at it and hoping that works.
I'll definitely be back.

Brought my camper in, it wouldn't start and had no power whatsoever, lights wouldn't even turn on. They tell me it's the starter and I don't know anything so I'm like sure. I drive it home $445 later, the minute I get home I turn it off then try to start it again. Nothing. They won't fix it for free or refund me. Very unhappy customer, feel like I got ripped off $400 bucks
