Honest, Knowledgeable, and Fair. Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. My driver had a load issue on his trailer. I called explained the issue, he gave me a couple of options, we came to an agreement with the best scenario and he had my driver back on the road within an hour of the initial phone call. Did I mention they were 1500 dollars cheaper than his competitor down the road. Day/Night will be my first call from now on.

I recently had incident at the Hudson scale so we called for a helping hand from Day & Nite.
They are very professional,clean and skilled. We had them hoist a 82,ooo lbs shipping container with two trucks, mount it on a heavy chassis and cart it to the delivery location. It went smooth like butter.... thanks guys it was nice to meet you.
Fantastic! I locked myself out of my vehicle at a Baldwin medical facility. (I live 45 minutes away, so no help available) A nurse told me Day & Nite helped her. Even though it was lunch time I called and they answered immediately, sent a truck out, which arrived in like 5 minutes. The driver, Joe, opened my door in about 5 minutes! No damage to my vehicle, so sign of any tool being used, nothing. Super grateful for the great service.
1st time in 33 years of mobile service being broke down. Called Day & Nite Towing! Arrived in 40 min. Carefully got van off of my customers concrete apron. Van delivered to dealership for repairs. Not that anyone wants to have to pick up a vehicle after an accident, but I definitely recommend these guys if you do. Kind, courteous, and friendly. They worked with me on picking up the vehicle a few days later since we needed some time to figure out what to do. It was very much appreciated.
Called around 10:45pm July 4th weekend when my car broke down on the highway. The call was answered immediately and a truck arrived in less than 30 minutes. The driver, Zach, was very polite and helpful, and gave recommendations on repair shops, since I’m not from the area. The price was reasonable compared to what I have had to pay in similar circumstances.
I called on a Sunday, Father's Day due to a lockout on my car. They gave me a name of a company closer to me. They did call back to see if I got into my car. Super super service! I will definitely keep them on my list of businesses

We slid into the ditch on the exit ramp and had to call day n nite towing. They were to our vehicles within 15 minutes (and this was a busy day for ditch traffic). The employee pulled and towed us out without us even having to get out of the vehicle. I would highly recommend.

Great help! We had a tire explode on hw 94. We were stuck in an awful dangerous spot. AAA said they would send help in about 1-2 hours. We didn’t feel safe were we where so I browsed what service was close to our location. They were nice on the phone and got to us within 25 minutes. They towed us to a tire service location. Professional, reliable and kind. Would recommend them 100%. Very grateful.
I am a delivery driver for Balduzzi Lumber out of Onalaska Wi and was hauling a cabin full of windows out to a customer in Dresser Wi. Went through some nasty road construction in Baldwin and snapped an axle on the trailer I was towing. Called up Day and Nite Towing and they were there in 30 mins. The kindness and help I received all that day from them was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me and Balduzzi as a whole throughout there whole friday afternoon.

They literally got me out of a ditch in the middle of a snow storm. Then he lead the way to the nearest gas station about 7 miles up the road because the roads were atrocious. Blessed that they were willing to help me. They responded so fast and talked me through the whole situation.

My son broke down with his truck and he call them. They arrived in about 25 minutes. They first tried to get him going but end up towing him. They delivered the truck near to my home at a fair price.The personnel we worked with were helpful and friendly.
Had to use this company after one of my trucks broke down on a Saturday. They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. If you ever need to be towed I highly recommended using Day & Nite towing. An honest company is something hard to come by they definitely met all of my expectations.
Day & Nite Towing was as good of an experience as you could hope for when in need of a tow. They were prompt, helpful beyond the call of service, and the most affordable tow I could find when calling around for help. Joe helped us get our car to the shop and then dropped us at a warm restaurant while we waited for a ride.
I recently moved to Baldwin without knowing anyone. This morning was cold. Really cold. And my car wouldn’t start. The battery was completely dead, and I had to get to the airport for work. The owner was to my house within 15 minutes, got it started and got me on my way. Completely saved the day.

Over the top helpful people working here! Unfortunately I was not able to use their services cuz my vehicle had been towed by a different company, but they helped me find it instead of just leaving me on my own to figure it out.
