I came in early, Matt the store manager greeted me right away. Matt was very through he came out to my vehicle, mind you WI. cold to help with my check engine light. He printed off the paper diagnostics and even gave me two recommendations for who I could take my vehicle to, AND wrote it down with the phone numbers. VERY EFFICENT AND PATIENT! I WILL BE RECCOMENDING AUTOZONE TO MY LADIES AT WORK! THANK YOU MATT, and Shawano Autozone!

I was given a wrong part by mistake but had no problem getting it fixed. Very friendly service.

Outrageous prices and barely any selection of oil. I found my type and noticed it was 13$ for a single quart. AT AN AUTO SHOP? Went to Walmart next door and got 5 quarts for 27$ of mobil. You people are crazy. Will never shop there again. They overcharge for parts also. Looks like auto zone won’t be around much longer there was no one else in there, for a reason

I went in and asked for a specific part number. The person opened the box and showed me the components inside. I realize I should've looked at the box to verify the part number I asked for because once I got home and tried to install the part, it was similar but not correct. I brought it back and told them I understand mistakes happen. They refunded my card which took extra long because it was a weekend. If I wanted the correct part I would have had to pay for that one as well as had the money missing from my account from the first. I only wanted 1 item and I was having to pay for 2 with no idea of how long it would take for my refund.

Matt is not only a G-enius but a gentleman! Stood in the the rain to guide/assist Me and my vehicle misfortunes... scratch that He took the lead and I assisted him. Truly thankful for his time! 100% recommend AutoZone. If You(like Me) need some advice/a point in the right direction...Stop by

I recently visited in an emergency situation (bad battery). Despite arriving within a half hour of closing on a Friday night, I received excellent service. Lee explained the best equipment for my vehicle and replaced my battery within 20 minutes, all while being extremely patient and friendly. I would highly recommend this location as the staff were knowledgeable, the service was efficient, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you!

I almost always enjoy making my auto parts purchases at this location. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help their customers replace a headlight, find a part for your vehicle, and offer any advice they may have about what to expect when replacing whatever part was just needed! Only thing I really do not like about this location is getting back on the main road when leaving. Depending on the time of day and volume of traffic, it can be quite difficult finding your opening.

On hold on the phone for over 15 minutes hire new employees or shut the doors till you get your stuff right within your store... I'll travel an hour and 30 minutes to green Bay from now on thanks for nothing

Decent prices with a good reward program. Friendly staff. If they don't have the part, they will order it and have it in store quickly for pick-up.

Sometimes you get a worker there that doesn't seem to know what they're doing, but they are very polite and patient

I always come here when I need anything for my vehicles, love that they help me change my lights also! I'd be lost without them, let's be real.

Excellent place to buy parts, Jessica, one of the employees, is just great.....she put on a mirror for me...this is about the 3rd or 4th time she has helped me....she should be the employee of the month..!!!

Needed a part at the last minute to finish a project, called to make sure they were open (took several tries for someone to actually answer the phone), told the employee we were on way there to buy a specific part (which I made sure they had in stock) and got to the store before the posted closing time (9pm), but door was already locked and they had already closed out the cash registers. Told us they were closed and wouldn't let us in - it wasn't even 9 yet!! Complete lack of respect for their customers.

We called and spoke to an employee of this store and drove in to pickup brake pads, just to find out the door was locked early and the manager closing registers! He refused to even acknowledge us knocking on the door. These guys are terrible. Go to O'Reilly's

It was quick and easy, I used their odb reader and got a printout with detailed discription of problems. Staff was also able to describe and explain error codes.

They r so helpful ???? I'm a single mother so when Im on the road n need something little to put back on my car like my wipers stop here they will hook them back up for u.

I adore the people who work here. Always friendly and willing to help. Please remember they are not mechanics, or they would be paid better. However, a few of them are knowledgeable in mechanics or can help you find a good and affordable mechanic to help with major problems.

Good store, they have everything you need for fixing your vehicle. Even specialty tools you can rent to get the job done. Always friendly and helpful. Free diagnostic for check engine light. And much more.

The employees here are VERY helpful. I had all my lights out in the back of my car. I bought the bulbs & they put them in free & with a smile!

I always get fantastic service with AutoZone and they always get the parts order them and they're there the next day in order to the same day of the year order early enough it's all I can say
