So, this past Thursday morning at 5:15 am, on my way to work. I ran over a large, pointed rock just 2 blocks from Shultz's. Instant Flat Tire!! I limped the Truck into their parking lot, filled out the After Hour Envelope and dropped the keys in the night box and, off to work I went a walking. I called them at 7:30 and talked to the Service Guy and he said, no problem. we will look at it that day. I asked him when I then could make a future oil change appt. and he said they could do it that day too. Well, after work, I went to see them, and they had to order a new tire, and said it can be installed the next day. So, I left the Truck there. After work on Friday, there it was, all fix and ready to go. Seems like they went above & beyond to fix my tire & oil change, at the" spur of the moment". This is great service. I think i just found my new Garage for "Future" repairs. I wish I could give the 10 Stars. Thanks SO Much!!
I love the staff at Schulz Automotive. They have taken care of my vehicle since I bought it in 2017. Always helping out in a quick emergency to get my car in. I love the pick up and delivery service that they offer.
Excellent service! Called with a time sensitive car issue. They were able to get my vehicle in for service, the same day. They were able to get me to work and deliver my vehicle, so there was not a huge interruption in my day. Thank you!
Schulz Automotive does very good customer service. They pick up and deliver your car, check before doing anything you haven't previously discussed and are very prompt. Excellent service every time
Brady is excellent at his job and is a wonderful person. The rest of the staff leave some to be desired. The service desk manager acts like he knows everything and will try and convince you that what you are saying is wrong, even if it is their fault. I have had several parts replaced on several vehicles several times because the original problem was overlooked. I sold one of the vehicles, and the buyer even pointed out the problem that they "fixed" twice. Was supposed to have a oil change done for free up to "60 dollars," and they still charged me a few cents for it(cost is irrelevant), even though the total came to 53 dollars(should have been WAY more expensive than that for the type of oil and filter needed, that's a whole other story). I had a friend say that they did a replacement of a suspension component and drove it home, felt like something was loose, only to find half the bolts weren't torqued down all the way and had backed out on the way home.
They have cost me a set of 1,500 dollar tires, several alignments, over 250 dollars worth of parts to one vehicle that still had an issue, and had one of my old vehicles in 2 times for the same issue and still charged me to fix it the second time after it wasn't fixed in the first place.
My family stands by them, but unfortunately, I will be sticking to doing services at dealerships instead of small-town mechanics.
Very honest mechanic shop they have done great work on my 99 ford ranger from ball joints to oil changes and replacing tires these guys can handle it all
I bring my 2008 Silverado in every year for oil and oil change and other services and they always do a great job in a reasonable time frame and at a competitive price
Had my window break where it wouldn't roll back up in the coldest stretch of winter. It happened Monday, they looked at it Tuesday and had the parts and fixed it by Wednesday. Thank you for great service!
I called about needing a tire repaired with a slow leak…Brady said come in anytime…I showed up, and within 15min he was on it…another 15min and it was done and the price was better then others quoted…All other repair shops required an appointment and or had a pretty good wait. While I hope I don’t have to come in for future repairs, If I need any, I’m giving Shultz Automotive the first shot.
I stopped by Schulz Automotive because I had a message on my Buick Enclave that I needed air in two of my tires. I had stopped earlier at a gas station to try and fix it myself, to no avail. As I stepped into the Service Department I was treated with kindness and respect. My car was taken back immediately. As I waited, I had the opportunity to watch the service office personnel in action. The customer service extended to each and every customer was above and beyond, whether in person or on the phone.
Only one of my tires needed air. My calibration was off and they fixed that as well. In a half hour. At no charge. With smiles on their faces. I know where I would take my vehicle if I lived in Reedsburg, WI.

Great service center. They came and picked up my truck and delivered it back same day for an oil change. This was most helpful during these times. Called and paid up bill later that day. Highly recommend this dealer for services.
We recently had work done on our vehicle. Originally we brought it to a different shop. They told us to bring it in on a monday. Four days later it still sat there untouched. We called schulzs and they said to drop it off on monday. They got it in right away and it was done the next day. And they charged us about 400 less than what the other shop going to charge us. They were very friendly and explained what they had to do. Thanks so much for everything! ????
What started out with they used to be a great dealership when they were a Chevrolet dealer. I took my truck they’re figuring it would be done by professionals. I backed into a tree dented the box with tailgate and bumper they replaced tailgate and bumper with new parts, put a used box on the truck that had rust on it especially towards the body seam where they’re welded together on the bottom edges. This is the most shocking part is they painted over top of the rust the rock chips the scratches and also under coded over top of grease and dirt so you can imagine that everything is now coming off as well as very noticeable chips in the paint underneath the fresh paint and scratches underneath the fresh paint. The worst part is the color does not even match the original vehicle color because they did not primer it just painted over top of the old paint without priming it. I thought at least being a body shop they would be able to match the paint but I guess not I did have to return this three times and finally I have given up and have nowhere else to turn. Meanwhile they got my $11,000 because what am I supposed to do not pay?. I guess I definitely learned my lesson and especially not to pay for something before is completed. I understand everyone does not have a good day and everything cannot be perfect but they can at least try to do a professional job not something that I took to the cities and paid $200 for. I guess next time it will have to be a guy in his garage because I’ve seen much better work done from that!
The workers are very GREAT! Dave schulz was really understanding with some concerns we had and promised to take care of it. We will be back in the future and deffinently will recommend schulz automotive to others as well.
When we where talking to jim he wasn't pushing us to make the purchase, instead he talked to us like he would talk to somebody he knew, giving us tips about driving and other things. He sounded like a very Ernest and trust worthy man who I would like to buy a car from again sometime.
I bought my very first car from here and I couldn't have been more satisfied! They were very knowledgeable and their customer service was the best I've received while I was car shopping. They are not looking to just sell a car for a quick buck, they are really honest and caring. No deception at all & they even gave me advice about car shopping with other dealers. I bought my car two years ago and I still speak so highly of these guys! I definitely recommend them!! ❤️❤️
