We were in the area for a hockey tournament and I was having vehicle problems in -5 temperatures. Jeff went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He helped not only with the parts we needed he had valuable advice for preventative maintenance and even helped with a few basic hand tools that i needed to install my new parts. I can’t say thanks enough for helping us when we needed it .

We had to get a new car battery for my mom’s car 11-8-25. Jeff was the salesman who helped us choose which kind we needed. He was very professional and installed the battery for us and it was cold out. Thank you!
Unfortunately like most businesses today you have to do your own research and problem solving because there is little to no product knowledge or even practical knowledge of their own industry… just my opinion
Can always count on O'Reilly to have the parts I need for my weekend auto & 4-wheeler maintenance. If they don't have it in stock it will be there within 1 day.
I've never had a good experience at this place. Ever. Theyve always got my parts wrong & the other day I had to go there & the employee told me that there is no woman that has any common sense. Told him that was uncalled for just for me asking what when I thought he was talking to me but then keeps ranting about it. I've notified customer service but of course like their employees they cant do what's right.
the guy would only talk to my boyfriend, kept commenting on my appearance. While I do have a rbf, it was very unprofessional as I had no attitude towards the man helping us.
Was in the reedsburg store on 04/02/2020 around 1 pm. Looking for some simple clips for my wheel wells. The guy didn't know what I was talking about. So I showed him. However, rather than walking out to the car with me he stood inside at the store. He was able to show me what I needed but was unable to show me the size. That's when the store manger walks out and asks what I need. Rather than one of them walking out to the car to see what size I need, they told me that I would need to figure it out and then come back.
I understand we are supposed to be social distancing, but there still is a thing called customer service. It would have taken them 30 seconds and they couldn't even be bothered. So I went down the street to weavers and got great customer service. I work in the customer service industry and if I treated a customer that way I would have been written up or fired. I know it wasn't the biggest sale in the world but a sale is a sale. Am I right? They have just lost a customer because they didn't want to bother helping. Great job guys....not.
So here's the story was on my way with my wife coming home to reedsburg from De soto and our cars battery light began flashing by the time we made it to the hill just before orileys coming into town we lost everything power steering and all electronics now mind you I was doing about 45 mph in a really bad ice storm thankfully I was able to safely slide the car into orileys and get the battery out for them to inspect. Come to find out the voltage regulator went out in our alternator the guys that were working were awesome and helped us so much and even helped us get the new alternator into the car if it wasent for there amazing attitude and awesome customer service we would have been stranded. Thanks guys I really do appreciate the help
