paid around $100 for an oil change about a month or so ago, that i didn’t even schedule btw. called and asked for a transmission fluid service, which they said they would do, they infact did not do that. on top of that they didnt even give me an oil change, my oil is completely black and everything is dirty underneath. do not take your car here, genuinely.
Took my vehicle there with a computer printout from O'Reilly explaining what was ailing my vehicle as I was asked to do by "Javie" who answered the phone at Auto Medic. The printout showed an O2 sensor was the issue. Auto Medic had my car and hour, and they called explaining that it actually was not the O2 sensor, but they were unsure what was actually wrong except that they would need to replace the entire exhaust system because it was being held up by wires and there were holes all over the muffler. I explained the wires simply replaced the factory OEM brackets that rusted off years ago and that there was only one small 1" hole in the back of the muffler. They disagreed with me and said they wouldn't touch it without a complete exhaust change....I was thinking this will likely cost me about $1,500, ballpark. I said I am going to pick up the vehicle and get a second opinion. Javie said "sure, but only after you pay us for our labor, yes, $147 labor I had to pay for someone to tell me I needed an entire exhaust system. I paid it, picked it up, took that same printout to Reedsburg Car Care. Reedsburg Car Care ordered the O2 sensor, put it in 2 days later and low and behold.....no more car issues. Oh, and their bill was $245. $145 for the part and $100 for labor. I will NEVER take any of vehicles to Auto Medic again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
Auto Medic is one-of-a-kind! You won't find mechanics more helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent anywhere else. Honest advice and reliable work. Try 'em out.
I was very impressed with the service I received here. I was visiting the area and had an issue with my vehicle which made it undrivable; I had to have it towed. Nick and the team at Auto Medic were able to look at it right away and gave me options to get back on the road ASAP. They got repairs completed quickly and professionally, and at a reasonable price. Nick even took care of another unrelated issue on my vehicle that he noticed while test-driving! Exceptional service! Highly recommend!

Wes was amazing help with fixing up my van! There were a couple of bumps along the way, but Wes kept open communication and the follow thru was amazing! I am happy with the repairs and feel everything was accomplished for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back for any future repairs and I will be referring Auto Medic to anyone in need of repairs.
Love this place alway I get my intoxication done there every 2months an enough talking an joking with the owner nic an the guys an seeing the dog greeting me there most of the times.
I had an emergency with my lights and turn signals. U-Haul couldn't hook up the trailer because the turn signals didn't work on the trailer. There was a disconnect somewhere along the wires. And I needed the U-Haul because my lease was about to end.
Spence at CarQuest suggested Nick at Auto Medic. I went down and they worked me in that day!
Nick and Leah kept me informed every step of the way. It turned out to be the TIPM that was causing the problem. After getting another one, installing it, connecting all the wires, and getting it to the dealership to make sure the computer was programmed properly, I was finally able to get the U-Haul and move out of my old place.
Auto Medic helped me out and I highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I had a tire changed only to find out my rear struts were bad. Very bad. My car was not safe to drive. I called Auto Medic and Nick took a look at it. He was very honest on what was wrong and got my car in the next morning. Only took a couple hours. He's the best! So nice and friendly and very honest. Prices were great too! Will definitely be my mechanic from now on!
We had an medium-sized emergency while we were on a cross-country trip through town. The local dealership said it was a little over their head, they instead referred us to Nick @ Auto Medic. (Kudos to the dealership for their honesty there.) At first I was a little skeptical, but I found Nick (owner) and team to be honest folks, they were miraculously busy but still found time to take care of a serious repair for us right away. The team knew their stuff and did honest work. Nick even took a test drive with me after all was done, to ensure that everything worked to my satisfaction. Great place!
Battery went bad on my vehicle at Culvers (right next door to this place) on the fourth of July. Nick got me a new battery and had me up and running in a few minutes! Great service!
Best, reasonable, trustworthy mechanic I've ever known! I really don't even want to give him public recognition, selfishly, as he used to be my hidden gem. But, I suppose, Nick's workmanship is too good not to share.
Best automotive service and sales anywhere! Highly recommend, but wish fewer people knew of this gem! I've been taking vehicles to Nick for over 8 years and, even after moving from the town, I still go there for service. He is TRUSTWORTHY! And that's not easy to find with a mechanic. I've purchased a vehicle from him also and highly recommend him for sales too.
Excellent service, reasonable, reliable, and, most important to me, TRUSTWORTHY! I moved away from Reedsburg, but still take our vehicles there for service. Auto Medic has been my sole Auto service business for over 8 years. Nick explains what's going on with your vehicle and doesn't do things that aren't necessary. Prior to taking my vehicles to AutoMedic, I'd go to pick up my vehicle and find that it cost twice what I was expecting. Nick is very upfront with costs. He Will tell you if something is unsafe, and will also tell you when you still have life left on parts instead of fixing them unnecessarily. I've also purchased vehicles from him and been very happy with the cost and reliability. I would highly recommend AutoMedic to everyone, but kind of wish he was still my secret gem.
