They were very fast and efficient. The prices weren't bad either! I hope I don't have to use a tow truck again, but if I do I will use Berniers again! They towed our suburban this morning from our house to a shop and they made it an easy transition without having to worry about how we were going to get our car to the shop. Thank you!!! While I hope I never need towing services again, if I do, I’ll be calling Bernier’s. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and fully understood what I was needing. Within 20 minutes, the truck was on site to tow my car to the mechanic. Gabby did a great job with my vehicle. She was attentive and professional. I would definitely recommend Bernier’s to anyone in Beloit or Janesville needing towing services.

The owner, Jerry, response and service was exceptional! It was a Sunday evening and I needed a tow. It can be intimidating, as a women traveling, to need assistance and not having "a person" to be able to get help. Jerry was patient, understanding, professional and came to the rescue. He also recommended a repair shop that was able to get me in, fix my problem, and get me back on the road on Monday. Janesville is blessed to have Bernier's Towing!

We have needed help with a dead battery two times in the last week. BOTH times, Bernier’s was here within an hour and got us going. They offered extremely professional service, told us exactly when they would get to us and they were right on time. In addition they were very knowledgeable and informative and took time to explain and offer advice. I rest easy knowing that Bernier’s is available to help. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in need of vehicle assistance.

The lady on the phone and the lady who rushed to the rescue were the sweetest ladies ever and they showed the way they absolutely care about their customers and their well being 100 percent ! Called this morning while in Janesville as I was hauling a horse trailer and my transmission died. I called and had such wonderful service on the phone. Was told it would be shortly and they will also pick my horse trailer up and bring it to storage until I can get it back home. Wonderful company to work with in such a pinch. Then my truck was hauled 3 hours to bring me back home. Highly recommend this company for towing assistance! Wonderful job and thank you Gabby for making the trip easy. 10 stars from me!

Awesome service! Our battery light turned on 2 hours outside of Chicago on our way to a visa appointment. Thankfully we got off the highway before power completely died. Jerry identified the problem (alternator) and not only got to us within 15 minutes, he found a mechanic willing to work on our car after hours to get us on our way in time to make our interview! Seriously felt like an angel rescuing us. By the time we got to the mechanic, they'd already picked up an alternator for us, and got us back on the road in just a few hours. Efficient, knowledgeable, kind, courteous. Thanks! We wouldn't have made it without you!

I was locked out of my vehicle tonight while picking up my car after an oil change. The weather was horrible. This occurred during a massive I90 multi car accident. The tow truck driver was in the middle of towing crashed cars. I talked to a sheriff who in turn asked Bernier’s to help me. He unlocked my car within minutes. I appreciate this sort of service very much. Thank you again!

My car died on the I-90 just off the Janesville ramp and it was my FIRST time with bad car luck and ever calling a tow. The lady (Judy I think) who answered the phone was extremely courteous and understanding when I explained how clueless I was to everything, walked me through the info gathering process and dispatched a tow while I tried not to hyperventillate in a bag. Within 30 minutes the trucks lights are flashing in my mirror and Jay (I think - early 30's guy) steps out of his truck, secures his safety vest, and tells me to hand him the keys and get in the cab. No fuss no muss; hitched the car and off to Madison we went. The staff were courteous, the driver was safe and road attentive the trip. 5/5 service all around.

Had a dead battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. Jerry hauled my car across Janesville to Walmart so I could get a new battery. Would totally recommend them

Between Thomas and Jerry I could not have been in better hands. Both gentlemen were prompt, careful, and considerate. They made sure not only my car was taken care of, but that I also was taken care of. They help me get home and that my car was to the right repair shop for service. Cannot thank them enough.
