I stopped at napa this morning it was nasty weather out this morning snow, blowing and so cold, all the cars on the highway kept splattered up my windshield making it hard to see my washer soulution was bone dry and i stopped here to ask for washer fluid, you see i have artitis really bad and i am a 63 year old grandmother of thirteen and i asked them if they could help me put it in my car and they said they dont do that there, what kind of men are these ?unbelieveable, so i went out and had to wash my windshield with my bare hands with snow. I hope you do not treat all your customers like this, shame on you, when you treat people like this your business will never last.

I custom ordered a large U bolt, gave them the dimensions, they never called me, got the order wrong twice, then said they couldn't get an 8 inch bolt, several waisted trips into town, I wasn't satisfied.
