The staff at J's Auto is knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating. With the ridiculous price of new vehicles, I choose to drive an old truck and, of course, with an old vehicle things tend to breakdown. They gave me scenarios of what could be the problem, picked up my vehicle, asked if I wanted an estimate once they identified the problem, and had me back on the road within hours. I paid a very fair price for exceptional service. They are a true asset to our little community. They treat their customers with respect and are honest, highly recommended top notch service.
Excellent service. I went in the ditch and couldn't get out. I called J's Automotive and a mechanic showed up within 15 minutes and winched me out. I couldn't be more pleased with this business.

Last week I had two separate tire emergencies and needed to leave town on Thursday. J’s fit me in back to back days in order to make sure I was on the road by Thursday. Their service was amazing and I would recommend them to everyone.
Bob was my first contact with this business. He gave me the confidence I needed to really trust a repair shop. I e done my own work for 50 years but lately with health and lots of other things going on like building our own house - we just didn’t have the time. And I was worried about the cost too. Both of my concerns were erased by this great repair shop. Everything they promised was delivered. No BS and on time and estimate. My mother needed new tires for her vehicle and I recommended J's. I was able to get her an online estimate for the work without her having to call or go in. Her tires were put on about a week ago. She is also very pleased with the service received and is another happy new customer.
J's was able to get me in quickly for an oil change and the service was fast. No trying to up-sell any products or services. Friendly staff, great pricing. Will definitely come back, and would recommend the shop to anyone looking for vehicle services!
Have always been pleased with their work. They did a lot of work to fix an oil leak on a 91 Chev truck and I’m happy with their work. This time they got me out of a pinch when the starter went out and I needed to use the truck in a few days. They were able to replace the starter so I had use of the truck.
I will say they were fast and repaired in one day. I do think 500 dollars just for the alternator was high. The total bill was around 750 dollars. Since I am out of town and here was nothing I could do !

I had a great experience at J's Automotive. I called many other places to get my oil change and could not get in . The other places wanted a 24 hour wait. I got in the same day at J's. The service was very quick ,through and friendly. I will definitely go back again for any future needs.

Jays has always done great work! I normally do all my own work. But there are times they might have the tools, (alignments), or knowledge, like that pesky electric gremlin that I cannot. They are always very prompt and the price reasonable. I highly recommend them and will continue giving them my business!
Fantastic results! I recently purchased 4 new tires from J’s Automotive. They went through a very detailed explanation of the tires they offer. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase any particular brand. Their service was fast and I’m so happy with their work. I was so impressed to learn about all the services they offer. Our truck would not start and went into limp mode in the middle of a 12 hour trip. J’s was able to squeeze us in, diagnose the bad battery (we didn’t know for sure if it was alternator or battery) and get us back on the road fast. Reasonable price and friendly too. Very thankful for their help.
