I have been taking my cars to Advantage Auto for ten years. I will never go any place else! They are honest, fair, caring and dedicated to excellence!

Being a single woman of a certain age, I have trust issues with used car dealers and automotive service providers aren't far behind. Thank heavens for Advantage Automotive! They have dispelled my doubts time and again. They are helping me keep a 2011 Ford Fiesta alive. Most recently I had a headlight problem, Brights and parking lights worked, regular headlights, no. It wasn't a fuse either. They quickly found the problem and in the process noticed a radiator hose clamp was missing and replaced that in short order. Last year they rebuilt my circuit board that was corroded and left me with no lights and limited power. They are tops. I always feel safe when I drive away from Advantage.

We have taken both of our cars into Advantage Auto for the past year and have truly been pleased with their work and customer service. They are helpful in explaining issues our cars are having and how they will fix them. Everyone is very thorough and kind. Also, we love the free cookies waiting in our car after each visit. When we moved to Saukville we were looking for a good mechanic shop to take our vehicles to. Advantage came highly recommended from a friend. We could not be happier. We get both our vehicles serviced here for simple oil changes, to new tires to AC issues. They do it all and for a fair price and great customer service.

I have been dealing with them for a few years now with both my wife's and my car. I have always been pleased with the service and their honesty. It's hard to find someone who you feel you can trust. I feel comfortable returning to them for service every time. My most recent service was a battery replacement. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I learned about this shop from my employer and have been coming here ever since.

Brought my car to Advantage Auto to get my tires checked out. They diagnosed the problem and recommended I get it fixed through my warranty (they could have just fixed it and charged me instead). Great honest service! Highly recommended!

I had seen a previous post that Advantage Auto was going to be adopting Pretty Paws. Because of that info, I decided to try them out for a front end alignment...even knowing it wouldn't be part of the Adopt a Business Challenge. I figured, this was definitely a business I could get behind, as they are trying to help others out. I could not be more impressed! Friendly, quick, affordable and the work was done perfectly! 5 out of 5 stars!

Wow, we have been going to Advantage Automotive for about 2 years now and they have never disappointed us. They have very fair prices and very friendly customer service. You cant ask for more than that when looking for a mechanic. They sweeten the deal by adding chocolate chip cookies after each service!

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Advantage Automotive since the day they opened. If you hate that feeling of wondering if "you're being taken for a ride" when you have to have your vehicle serviced I suggest you give Advantage Automotive a try. They are very technically qualified (I know this from my personal experience over many years and many different vehicles) and are extraordinarily "honest". "Honest" in the sense that they tell you the truth and don't try to "scare" you into getting work done that doesn't really need to be done immediately. If you'd like to eliminate one of those unavoidable "stress points" in your life, I suggest you try Advantage Automotive for your vehicle servicing needs.

I always maintain my vehicles myself and have a hard time trusting other people to work on my vehicles. However, there are a couple tasks that I am not equipped to do, and for those things I've been pleasantly surprised at the service offered here. I just got some tires mounted this morning. Not only did they unload and load the wheels and tires from my car, they didn't mar the wheels. I used to get tires mounted at Costco, but I'll go here now.

Great customer service and quality work. The warm cookies in my car after was an unexpected surprise that was much appreciated. They fixed my car quickly and in the end, it ended up costing a third of what I was quoted at a big dealership. Thank you!

I always cringe when it comes time to do my brakes. When I came here for an estimate, they told me I just needed the rears done and the fronts were going to be OK for a while. I can see any other shop charging me for work that I don't need. These guys definitely earned my trust. The cookies they left me when I picked up the car were good too.

Dropped my car off to have an alignment done. Another shop told me that I would need a 4-wheel alignment, but Advantage told me that wasn't true and I only needed the (cheaper) 2-wheel alignment done. Advantage checked out the components of the car and alerted me that there were a few things that should be replaced (and offered estimates for getting them done right away). I declined the repairs for now and they were still able to perform the alignment. The car was completed at the promised time and they communicated all status updates to me promptly (didn't have to call and keep checking, like I've had to do with plenty of other places!). On top of all that, 2 fresh cookies were waiting in the car for me when I returned!

Excellent service. They took the time to diagnose the problem properly instead of throwing parts at. It saved us a bundle! What would have been a $600 + repair was only a $100 repair. I feel I ripped them off. My wife and I are very pleased. We will definitely be going back.
