I would like to thank Ryan the store manager for his outstanding customer service. At the time I went in he was the only employee so he could not come out to check my car. I left my car and number and he called me when he found what the problem was. I really appreciated not having to stay and wait. Turns out I needed a new battery. He showed me all my options and explained the differences to me. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Ryan installed the battery in 2 minutes!! Ryan went above and beyond to give me great customer service, I will definitely be back and recommend this store to others. He is a valuable employee'

David and Bryson helped me so much and taught me a cool trick on how to test an alternator. Super helpful. Ended up just being loose battery cables, they wrenched it and I was on my way! Great folks, definetly will come to oriellys over other parts stores. Amazing staff, even with how late it was!

Ryan was SO helpful yesterday. My niece was stranded with a dead battery and it wouldn't jump. I went to help her and removed the battery and brought it into O'Riley. Ryan was waiting at the front desk with a smile and said "Throw it down here, let's take a look." He was so helpful and put the new connections on the new battery for us to save us time out in the cold. Turned a crummy day into a really positive learning experience for my 18 year old niece. He also helped me out by going the extra mile. Thank you Ryan!!!!!

Fantastic experience! I called regarding a very annoying squeak from the windshield wipers I purchased from O'Reilly. Jenelle who picked up the phone and looked up my previous order for windshield wipers said come on in and we'll take a look at it. When I arrived she was amazing! She immediately exchanged out the wipers in the pouring rain and the squeak was gone. I'm extremely impressed with her customer service skills. I will now only go to the Saukville Wisconsin O'Reilly whenever I need vehicle parts. Thank you so much for solving my windshield wiper squeak issue 🙂 O'Reilly Auto Parts is very fortunate to have an employee knowledgeable and respectful towards customers. You are better off looking up parts ahead of time and giving them the part number. Also call ahead to make sure they have it. They usually only stock the cheapest option.

I have lost confidence in the lack of knowledge of the employees who work at the West Bend, O'Reilly's. On 3 separate visits with 3 different employees, I have received incorrect information on basic general questions. It's hard to patronize a business that provides inaccurate information or lack of knowledge by the associate working behind the counter. West Bend O'Reilly's you need to do better. There are 3 other auto parts stores within 2 blocks.

In one trip for oil/filter/wiper blades: Twice given the wrong part number for an oil filter I asked what size my wiper blades are "it's a different size for every brand" Absolute bozos. Every time I come here it is a waste of time. The store can't even fulfill absolutely basic needs

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Were quick to help trouble shoot issues, without going the most expensive route. However, prices seem well above average. Was told it would cost $80 for a single ignition coil for my car. Online, I can get a pack of four, for around $100. If you're the type to work on your own vehicle, don't buy parts from here.

After 4 hours of traveling battery started acting up. Stopped in here and hoped they had one. Got what I needed, loaned me tools to replace in their parking lot. They even let me use their stool. The 2 ladies that were working that afternoon were extremely great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and sure knew their stuff. My son even got a piece of cake for his birthday! I would give them 8 stars if I could. Great place to deal with.

Super helpful and nice! Needed a new battery in the cold today and we were turned down at another place due to the temperature (understandable). I believe his name was Keith.. but he came out and installed the new battery in the freezing cold.

Great staff! 👍 always deliver and pick up parts/returns quickly. They take time to track down hard to find parts alot for our shop. They have never disappointed our shop.

The lady testing and putting in my new battery was awesome. We had some good laughs. Her nail game was strong. She popped out the old one and popped in the new one without any damage to her fancy gel polish nails. It was legit amazing.

Called ahead and ordered my part. Came and got a few days later. Staff was good and store was fairly nice. The store is just east of I-43 a little bit. Nice place all the way around. Will be doing future business there. Recommend

I would like to thank assistant manager of this store and he did a wonderful job with me this morning and I think that he should be promoted for what he did he realize I was told I was and I nearly froze last night being broke down and he was on time knew what he was doing well mannered and I appreciate him he should have his own store

On the pricey side, but service was great. I could definitely install my own wipers but it is a fantastic benefit that they will come out in the icey cold weather and put them on for you with no complaints! Tim was friendly, helped me make sure I had the right wipers, and installed speedily for me. Would recommend!

Had a terrible experience with Poppie. She was insanely rude and had no clue what she was doing. Talked on her phone the whole time she was trying to help me and acted as though it was my fault that I didn't know the answer to all my questions.

I ordered a part from this store over the phone to be picked up the next day. The person assured me that the order would arrive the following morning and they took my info and everything. I never got a call or anything that the part came in, so I stopped in a bit after noon to pick up the part. They had no record that the part was ordered. So they told me on the phone the part was ordered but it was clearly never ordered. I called NAPA in Grafton and they had the part I needed for $25 less. This is a convenient location for me, but a bad experience with customer service.
