My girlfriend blew a tire and her spare was almost flat, she limped it into them and they really took care of her at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Talk about price gouging. $1000 for a tow from an accident. Charges for things they do not do. Works with the county to take advantage of people in a bad spot. Offered to wave the fee if I just gave them the title to the car. Was not honest. Beware if you drive in Ozaukee County!

Charged my card when they weren't supposed weve been dealing with them for some time now.....but lately have been having problems with them they knew when we were supposed to pay but now it's different why? Nothings changed in the last 4 years? Do not recommend they made a mistake and couldn't own up to it will not be going back it's obvious the people that work here never really had to work for anything just got everything handed to them from daddy

Replaced the side mirror of my car at the fraction of the retailers price . It looks and works perfect. They even helped the passage ger door stop creaking . The overall bill came out less then originally stated . The employees are helpful and nice as well.

Have saved me several times getting me in when my alternator went and a different time when a tire needed replacing immediately. I called early in the day for the alternator expecting it to take a day or two but was surprised when they fit me in that day and despite being told it would likely get done the next day had my car back to me by 5pm that day!

Called eddies to tow our truck from West Bend to their shop in Saukville on a Friday morning. Let us know the starter was the issue and we’d have it back early the next week. We got a call on Tuesday expecting to be able to pick our car up, turns out they actually crashed our car taking off of the tow truck and they needed to take it somewhere else to be fixed. We understand mistakes happen, but we should’ve been notified immediately. We were out of a car for WEEKS. The whole door ended up needing to be replaced at the dealership. We then got a call asking us for payment for the original towing and parts. Absolutely ridiculous that we have to pay after you crash and wreck our vehicle. I would not recommend anyone coming here and getting work done, unless you want to risk them wrecking your car like they did ours.

My car was making some weird vibration. I took it to Eddie's to have it looked at. Per the mechanic one of my calipers needed an adjustment. Work was completed in a timely manner and I am happy with the results.

I have taken my cars to Eddie’s for years. They look out for my safety and handle repairs proficiently. Besides that, it allows me to say hi to Paul, the owner, who consistently has a smile for all clients, which makes the mundane job of taking my car into the shop much more manageable. Thumbs up!

I had a really great experience with Eddie's this morning. Yesterday, I took my Jeep Renegade into a nearby Valvoline Instant Oil Change to get my snow tires swapped onto my vehicle. The VIOC guy not only stripped one of my lug nuts but also broke my lug key. He told me "you'll have to go to an actual mechanic to get that off of there." I managed to limp my Jeep home. In a panic, at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon, I called Eddie's because the shop is only 1/2 mile from my house. They told me to bring it in when the shop opens at 8am on Saturday and they'd see what they could do. Paul was very friendly and was able to remove the stripped lug and swap out my tires. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. I really, REALLY appreciate Paul not only getting me in without an appointment but completing the work in a fast, friendly, professional manner. The price was reasonable as well.

Great experience every time I go. Get my car fixed here for everything. Paul is the owner he is fantastic. Goes above and beyond with a great attitude. He is very fair and honest. This isn’t a bought review either. I seriously have been so blessed to have them close. They have been fantastic for us. They are just Wisconsin down to earth genuine people that know vehicles. They are great.

I had some service done at this place and it was exceptional. The only complaint I have is the receptionist who was the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. She really needs to learn how to deal with customers as that is the first encounter when bringing your car in. She appears to hate her job and people. I did change my name on my profile so they may claim I was never a customer however I was.

Dealing with Eddie's service was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long time. Such ineptness! The office girls, although pleasant enough, seemed uneducated, untrained and unknowledgeable. Misinformation after misinformation was given me for 2 days, some of which resulted in my having to cancel other appointments I had at the last minute, just to find out a bit later when 1 of the girls called me again, that she had given me incorrect information once again. Although she did apologize, the damage was done. When we picked up the vehicle, she tried to apologize again but the owner covered her mouth with his hand to shut her up. What a good example he makes! Before I left I told him he should spend time better training his employees if he wants to have a customer service oriented business. He started telling me how it was all my fault, so rather than argue with this fool, I walked away. Don't trust his responses to customers complaints. He makes excuses and blames his customers for his errors

If you do get work done here make sure you get every detail in writing, including that anything over the quote needs approval. It's an Extreme disadvantage that you can't take your car unless you pay whatever amount they say. I was blatantly overcharged but what could I do? Maybe they do good work. I don't know. The problem is, if they are willing to be deceptive in billing how can I be sure ? btw, to Eddie's, Please use those disposable paper floor mats when you get in the car! Especially on a dirty gravel driveway with puddles.

My brakes failed getting off hwy 43 with my fiance. Thank God we were able to stop by downshifting and rolling in the grass on the off ramp. Eddie's was just around the corner so I called them even though I never worked with them before. They sent a tow truck within 10 minutes and got my blown brake lines replaced in an hour and a half. They had me in a vulnerable spot and could have taken advantage of me. They did not do this - they barely charged me for the tow and brake line replacement. They were very professional, friendly, fast and generous in their pricing and service. I would recommend them to anyone, FIVE STARS USE WITH CONFIDENCE!

I know this shop enjoys a decent reputation in the community, but I wonder if the good will had been built up under the previous owner, Eddy. I took my car in for a front end alignment. I was greeted with a glare by the ' receptionist ' and while I was waiting a surly fellow came in and snarled at the lady to figure out how to get the mechanics name on each job because he was sick of hearing 'it wasn't me ' from his guys. I also heard her field 2 calls in 15 minutes trying to fend off unsatisfied customers. Anyway, after 15 or 20 minutes the mechanic came in and asked me if it was the right key because he couldn't get it to turn. Obviously I can't be sure what happened but I never had any indication that the cylinder was failing before. After trying in vain to get it turning I had to leave since I had only reserved 2 hours for this errand. They called a few hours later and said I need a new cylinder and it would be $300. Like I said, I don't know what happened but I went in looking for an alignment and was left with a disabled car. The locksmith that fixed it for me showed me a gouge on the inside of the cylinder. I hope this happened in good faith while they were trying to get it to turn but who knows! Live and learn, I won't be back.

Nice Experience. Heard a clunking underneath my car, brought it in. Within an hour my car was delivered to my work parking lot nearby and my keys returned to me directly. They just needed to tighten the heat shield. Wasn't even charged!

I usually like coming to eddies for my car. But the mechanics themselves always have better customer service than the people at the desk. I was quoted 30$ over the phone for valve stem replacement and when I came to pick it up was charged 88$. I didn’t get any phone call asking about extra service and when I questioned why it was different the lady behind the register got a attitude with me immediately and seemed like she really didn’t know what they did to the car.

We had a scary incident on the hwy with our 2012 Ford Explorer on the way up North. We had to pull over in Saukville and asked a gas station where the nearest service shop was. We called Eddie's Service and Paul, the owner, came to us in less than 5 mins. He asked about the issue we were having and we told him that we had recently had a recall service at a Milwaukee Ford Dealership. He talked to the dealership directly and within a few minutes got us to his service garage and diagnosed the issue. He was able to fix the issue that could have been devastating and get us back on the road in less than 90 minutes. He also documented in writing and pictures the problem so we could show Ford. Eddie's Service is professional, honest and very reasonably priced. Eddie's is just a short 20 min drive from Whitefish Bay and I will not hesitate to bring my car back for any type of service. Paul and team were terrific.

Paul is more than fair with his prices. Brandon & Paul ate knowledgeable and will go the extra mile for you as their customer! The only thing that could br better is girls working in the office. They lack communication from what's happening in the garage on the vehicle to following up with the customer. Highly recommend their service!

It was an ok experience. Paul was great as always. The service guy that looked over my car and called me back with a quote on how much it would cost to fix my car was very up front and nice. The ladies at the front desk seemed to not know what they were doing and we're very confused about what was going on. However all in all I wish my experience was a little better considering the fact that in the end all they did was put the donut on my car and charged me for the tow. I could have done the tire change myself road side and saved myself that money.

*Beware And Read All The Bad Reviews.* Eddie towing charged us over 500 dollars for a tow 3.8 miles away after a bad accident, the charges also included an alleged clean up fee (my neighbor did the clean up) that we had to argue to get it reversed, an the fee for overnight parking /storing. We paid and left the van for parts there for a small discount on our bill. They where contacted by the police to do the job, so no way to ask for a quote before the service was rendered, but this is Ozaukee, most people are good Christians I've never been gouged like this around here, the most expensive tow is the gas station in Grafton, they charge about $80 for 10 miles or less, that is not too bad. I let you be the judge, and I will personally make sure I never give this place my business and pass the word around to friends, family and neighbors, this is not acceptable work practice, not the first time according to the other bad reviews.

Hands down the BEST quality of work. They treat there customer's like family. VERY informative on what they complete on your vehicle and lets you know what to watch out for going forward. They run a shady business. My girlfriend got in a minor accident, the car was perfectly fine. The city of saukville had Eddie's tow the car to their lot. I went to pick it up and they were closed. So I went in when they opened the next morning and they wanted to charge me for 2 days of storage which was an extra $80. The car wasnt even there for 12 hours! I made enough of a stink and they dropped the storage fees and just charged for the towing. Then they wouldn't release the car to me because apparently they dont accept credit cards for accidents. I had to wait around for about 20 minutes for the owner to show up and deal with him. He gives me the same story and I persisted that they have to accept my credit card since they accept cards for payments for everything else. He finally gave in and took my card. I will be notifying the city of Saukville about their business practices and hopefully they will lose their contract with the city. I would also recommend not bringing your car here voluntarily since they will most likely try to take advantage of you and over charge.

I've had really good experiences with Eddie's. I have 3 vehicles and they have been able to take care of my issues on time for the quoted price. They service our BMW roadster and our ML-350, which says something... a lot of smaller shops shy away from those German cars with all their 'unique' service needs. Based on my own experience, I'm surprised to see negative reviews referencing Eddie's integrity - they are my trusted go-to shop and perform 90% of my service.

I had a problem getting my car started yesterday morning. The lady over the phone was very nice, as was the technician I spoke with. I ended up asking them to please tow my car, and the service writer said okay and took my information down. I left for the day and came home at 9 pm to my car still sitting in my driveway. So I had my boyfriend take a deeper look and we were able to fix the problem right there in his driveway. When i called Eddie's this morning, I spoke with a different lady, who had no idea they were supposed to tow my car. A phone call yesterday to let me know they wouldn't be able to follow through may have been nice.

Needed a certain hard to find Uniroyal tire due to a blowout. They said they were fairly sure they could have it for me the next morning. Sure enough, when I called the next day it was there waiting for me. I pulled in to Eddie's explained why I was there. They immediately had someone grab the tire and in 15 minutes they had the new one mounted balanced and in my hands. They deliver what they tell you . The cost was exactly what they quoted me. And they were very professional and curtious. I will definitely use them again for service with all of my vehicles. It's nice to be able to work with people who work professionally, talk to you with courtesy, and deliver promptly. And charge you what the quoted you. That's hard to find nowadays. I would highly recommend Eddie's Service to anyone looking for a reliable fair priced business to service your auto. I've worked with Peter on multiple occasions and recently needed 2 vehicles towed on the same day. They picked up one of them in the early AM, repaired it, brought it back to my home with the tow truck, and did not charge me the 2nd towing charge when they picked up the other vehicle. Their turn around time was excellent and price was extremely fair. 5 stars.
