Dan at the service department has always been incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs with my A8L. While it’s true that owning an Audi comes with its own set of expenses, I’ve found that Northshore Audi’s service handling is consistently exceptional. North Shore gave me good and reliable advice on a very difficult issue with my Cadillac. The story is too long to go into, but I appreciated everything that they did for me.
These guys are terrific. Super friendly, really knowledgeable, and very happy to talk about your options and make the best decision. The latest time I was here was to get tires, and they researched a bunch of options, talked about the pros & cons of each, and had multiple price points. The work quality has always been great too.
I recently was traveling from the Fox Valley with a British SUV when my car started making a terrible noise from the front end. I limped off of 41 over to Mequon. I knew my truck was in big trouble. I called up North Shore Auto where I described the noise and they said, “Come on over. Look for the grey door.” I popped in and the owner greeted me and said, “Let’s take a look.” I said, “I have aftermarket wheels that need an Allen key and hand tightening.” Not only did the owner come out with a torque wrench and Allen key, he also explained to me what happened and how I could prevent it in the future. When it was all said and done, he remembered to hand tighten the Allen bolts! He fixed my truck and saved me from a huge problem that would’ve cost me a lot of money, and possibly my life. Thank you, North Shore Auto! My truck drove 110 miles home as happy as a clam. (My truck was a few miles from being in horrible trouble.)

They have been incredibly helpful in trying to sort out my Subaru and communication has been clear and fantastic. Really cannot recommend this place enough.
As the owner of several high end German automobiles I am very particular about the service my cars receive. I require competence and honesty and in Northshore Auto Service I have found it. I trust Cinto and his staff to do the job right, the first time. From the basic oil change to a job much more complex, it gets done and done correctly and for a fair price. No complaints. Ever.
We have an old Honda CR-V and we are happy to have found a place that can help us keep the car! It was difficult to get the parts for the car and Cinto kept us posted all along. The car runs great!

Very honest people. Told me what I should fix and what could wait. I went there after the dealership scared me into thinking my car had all these problems and was unsafe to drive.
Very helpful. Took car for test drive to diagnose problem when super busy on a Friday. Shared knowledge and had piece of mind heading home knowing it wasn't a super serious issue.
Super honest mechanics and great speedy work. First I showed up totally unannounced with no appointment and they let me know there were other cars in front of me but they would get to me ASAP. I was under the impression my car needed brakes, I had a light on which I believed was a problem and the AC wasn't working. Well it turns out the AC was the only thing that needed fixing, the brakes they said were fine for another 6-12 months and the light was nothing. They could have easily replaced my brakes anyway and made up a fee for the light but instead they just told me it was nothing. Furthermore, when I called to pay they said that the AC repair took less time than they expected and they wanted to charge me LESS than what they quoted. I've never had a mechanic do that before. I had already figured I would need to leave the car there for a day or two but they were super apologetic when they couldn't get it back to me the same day because they were waiting on Mazda to send a part.
It's been a month now and everything is still working great (sometimes mechanics have a rep for fixing one thing and breaking another). Love these guys and will continue to take my vehicles there as long as I'm in the area.
This place recommended by a friend. Very professional and gave me price breakdown with options to spend on new parts vs used parts. Went for 1 repair but they found something else wrong w the car...all I can say is that our Honda drives like it is new after they fixed it. Very happy to have found this place!
Trustworthy, affordable, convenient and thorough = everything you could want out of an auto shop. Cinto and his team do quality work at extremely honest and affordable prices. My husband and I have taken both of our cars/SUVs to him for the past 3 years - everything from oil changes, AC diagnostics, water pump, Brakes & more! We typically call the day before to make an appointment, and North Shore gets us back on the road the next day with same-day service.
I have to agree with the other reviews, this place is great! I have been coming here for about 2 years and I have never been disappointed.
They are fair, honest and very thorough. I have never felt pressured or talked down to, something I've experienced with other repair shops, most likely because I'm a woman. In my opinion, their most impressive accolades are how well they explains things, they give me options to save money, if available, and they don't use scare tactics.
Quick side note:
Before I found these guys I had gone to the dealer to have new spark plugs put in my Highlander. I was charged over 600 dollars. I was appalled when I saw the bill but what choice did I have but to pay it. When I mentiomed that incident to these folks they took the time to explain why it costs so much. I had no idea how much work was involved. The dealer never explained a thing when I questioned the bill except for "well thats what it cost on your model car". By the way, these folks could've done the same job for about 100 bucks less. If only I had known then...
I will not go anywhere else. They do everything on my car. My oil changes, earlier this year new tires and just last week new breaks.
Cinto has worked on my 2002 LS430 and my 2005 Escalade ESV. I trust his knowledge and recommendations. He has been in the car business for quite sometime and knows his way around all types of cars. Excellent trouble shooting/diagnostic skills and he will be able to let you know what common problems are with your make/model. They will also let you know what is needed vs what is recommended.
He has been able to repair everything I have brought to him.
