We have had good luck with this location, with this being the 5th time we have broght a vehicle here for various types of body work. This time, our car had a spatial disagreement with a deer Saturday night.
I filed a claim with our insurance on Sunday, and within a few minutes Crash Champions was authorized to do the work. Our insurance partners directly with them, which makes the process fairly seemless for something like this from the end user perspective. Shortly after the authorization went through, I got a text from Crash Champions to schedule a time for them to look at the car to see what would be involved with the repair. I was able to set up a time Monday afternoon.
Even though they seemed very busy, when I went to the appointment, I could have dropped off the car at that time had I arranged for a rental car; I was mot expecting to get it in for the repair so soon. Kyle said, no problem, just to let them know when the rental is arranged and he will order the initial parts needed and I can drop the car off anytime in the next few days.
We haven't had any actual work done yet, but it sounded like Kyle had an appropriate plan in mind on what needed further investigation to make sure the repair was complete. I have full confidence this repair will be as good as the previous work we have had done there.
I had someone force me onto a curb right before a roundabout so there was body and tire damage but I wasn't sure what else. They did a great job with everything and I received it back earlier than the date I was given!!!
My car was broken into and Crash Champions fixed my windows, along with the framing around the window. They also got the horrible smell out of my car. They do exceptional work. I will always recommend this company
Nick was very helpful in getting my car repaired and back to me in a short time and for a very reasonable cost. I recommend him and Crash Champions Grafton location.
Last time I worked with Crash Champions, I had a positive experience. Unfortunately this time did not go as smoothly. Part of it was due to my insurance and their delay in communication. However, the kicker was going to pick up my car and the battery being dead. Which was clearly known since the guy who helped jump it said he had to jump it to get it outside. And the cause was it getting drained while they had my car dissembled for week (I had a new battery and alternator installed within the past 10 months). I had to then wait for them to jump my car which took 3 tries to do it and then had to deal with it being dead again later that night because I didn't have enough time to drive it for it to charge up enough. This could have been easily avoided if when they went to bring it outside and noticed it was dead, instead just putting it on a trickle charger so that it was at least more charged when I arrived and able to drive home.
10 stars!!! I came in and had some scratches on my car and the detailer was able to on the spot fix the scratches with buffing them out without having to leave my car and get a rental! Wow such superb customer service and kind people. Price was very reasonable and even came in under the quoted price and time. I would highly recommend these guys and I will be back if I ever need body work on my car again in the future!!
I had a great experience working with Nick. Before the estimate, he talked me through his assessment, and the work he planned to be doing. During the repairs, he texted me frequently with updates on my car. The whole process was really easy, and my car looks brand new. They also helped coordinate my rental return with Enterprise. Highly recommend.
While the associates were very nice when we brought our car in for an estimate on a broken side mirror, they later quoted us $827 to replace the side mirror. This seemed crazy expensive and after an easy search on Amazon, I was able to find a replacement mirror for 75 bucks, watching a 10 min YouTube video on how to replace the mirror and I couldn't be more glad we didn't go with this company. It's one of those lessons to always do your own homework before just taking what others put at face value. Since they were nice I've given them a 2 star instead of a 1 star but will not be using them in the future due to them losing my trust. Always be mindful people!
I stopped in and saw Nick for an estimate on some scratches. Nick ran back to grab Jacob to immediately start working on my car. Nick had me take a seat in the waiting room, and 15 minutes later no more scratches…. They even went around the vehicle to take care of any other minor issues…. When I asked what was owed, they said no charge. I was absolutely blown away at the customer service…. I stopped for a schedule appointment and left with a repaired car at no charge…. Definitely will go back again. Thanks again guys….
Wow! They are the best! I hit a deer and my car ended up here. Kristin is wonderful! Everyone was so helpful and hardworking. Every contact I had whether in person or on the phone was professional and kind. Having never been in an accident, I had a learning curve, which they understood and gave me lots of information. I would give them six stars and a bonus if I could.
Driving down the road my muffler started to drag. I pulled off, googled for shops nearby and I was 500ft way from Crash Champions.in 15minutes he got things situated so I could get where I’m going. Super nice. Saved my day!!
Excellent. Have used twice and each time, fast and friendly service. Scratches and trim replacement was paint-matched perfectly. My second visit for minor paint repair on another car was quickly handled to my satisfaction.
I enjoyed my experience! I just got my car back today and it looks absolutely amazing! The interior was clean as well and that was the icing on the cake! For any serious problems I will always trust Crash Champions! Shane was amazing and gave constant updates throughout the whole repair process! I highly recommend them.

Very Professional had Major. Hail damage on my 2021 Dodge Durango, they inspected it the same day keep in touch with Ins. company on it. Took only 4 days in shop Looks GREAT WORK.
I brought my 2017 Chevy Cruze in in January 2024. The estimate I got was $4,500. After they took the front end apart, they totalled my car due to a bent frame. There was no communication with my insurance company or me. My dad had to call to find out what was going on. As a woman, I was treated like I had no brains. It was a very traumatizing experience for me.
Garrett was a class act. I take exceptional care of my accord and my car was unfortunately hit while it was parked. However I was very impressed with the body work that was done to fix it and my car looks like new! I was able to communicate with Garrett throughout the process which made me confident in the quality of work that was being done. I was also pleasantly surprised that my exterior and interior were also cleaned upon pickup, that was a very nice touch and the team did an excellent job. I highly recommend the team at crash champions and Garrett to anyone who has gotten into an accident, the car will be like new. I appreciate the attention to detail, extremely professional.
So far it has been an exceptional experience. Living in Wisconsin I was bound to hit a deer at some point and I was directed to crash champions by my insurance company. They didn't make me wait, were very friendly and I was out quickly. After my claim is approved they order the parts and then when the parts come in I take my car over and they keep it just a day or two. Unlike the other places I was directed to where they wanted to keep my car for a month! Don't fall for that!
The body work was absolutely perfect on my TTRS after hitting the Godzilla spawn of a raccoon. Paint and body work is so well done you can't tell that anything happened. Everything looks factory fresh.
This is the 2nd time we've used Total Auto Body, and should I need more work this will be the first place I go to.

I am very fussy and the repair to our Subaru was exceptional also everything was fixed correct the first time around. Total Auto Body is very thorough. Customer service was fantastic. The car was returned to us immaculate inside and outside. I will definitely return if I need any body work
I came to Total Auto Body to get an estimate on some bumper damage to our minivan in regards to an insurance claim. I met with a gentleman named Chris who took me through the process without skipping a beat. He took pictures, provided estimates and got the info to the claims adjuster that same day. Customer service is clearly a priority for Total Auto Body. Their garage was filled with cars, yet I still felt as if I was their only customer at that moment.

I can't thank Total Auto Body enough. A deer ran into my car and nearly totaled it. The car was a gift from my dad and I was devastated to learn it may be totaled. Total Auto Body went out of their way to fix it cost-wise, and aesthetic/performance-wise. The job they did is nothing short of spectacular. (Incidentally, my car was hit a year prior by someone who didn't know how to parallel park and they repaired it as well). I didn't hesitate to tell my insurance company to take the car directly to Total Auto Body after the deer hit. I hit a deer with my 2017 Camaro, and was concerned with getting it returned back to it's original condition. Total Auto Body did an incredible job, all while fighting with our insurance company, and didn't cut any corners that I can see. They never caved in and did the correct repairs without being "hounded" to make the car right again. Good communication and even better final result! If anything, I'd say their paint quality was actually better than GM's finish, but it would be hard to fault them for that!
I had a great experience at TAB. I had a large dent in the side of my car and the damage was deep with a significant amount of paint damage. They were able to assess the damage and have it completely fix in less than a week. It looks great, even better than before. The price was fair and they are very transparent about their work. I would gladly go back for more work in the future.
In November of 2017, I hit a deer on Highway 57. Not a big deal, but it did enough damage to my 96' Volvo that I was going to need a replacement hood.
In a previous accident, I had Total Auto Body paint a hood and some fenders that I had sourced from a different car to match my car's color, and I installed them to minimize costs.
This time around, I sourced a hood, again, a different color than the rest of the car, and decided to give Total my business again since I was pleased with the first set of parts they painted for me. This hood was not perfect, it had a minor bend near the passenger side, however I was conscious of this and only wanted them to paint the part with the same level of quality and care as done last time.
This was not the case. Not only did they go over budget (which I can understand, it's a fairly large hood) but they were much less kind this time around to me. I get that they make the majority of their money on the insurance work they do for Subaru's, but my past experiences were much better.
Now, only two years after that paint job, the hood has multiple chips, cracks, and even peeling that I discovered today. I feel like they really rushed the paint job on this hood and I didn't notice it until it was too late. I used to detail automobiles so I know regular wear and tear on a paint surface, and this is certainly unordinary for work that's only two years old. I wash and seal my car regularly throughout the winter, as well as take care to avoid any rock chips, etc.
I haven't tried to reach out to them over this, but I can guarantee they would not help me with these issues. I will not be giving Total my business in the future. I get that their main business is to repair insurance based accidents and not small side jobs like mine, but it really makes you think, what if this is the kind of work they'll be doing to your NEW car if this is the sort of quality they sell on a small job like mine?
Bob and his team did an amazing job fixing my Acura!! They were constantly updating us on the progress of the car. The insurance company wanted to put on a used junk yard door, even though Honda did not recommend it due to safety reasons. The insurance company didn’t seem to care about the car being fixed properly. From day one, Bob wanted everything done the right way and we appreciate him looking out for us and not going with what the insurance company wanted; which was the cheapest way possible. We took our car to Bob for a reason and knew that since he was Acura certified our car would be in good hands and fixed the right way. The car looks brand new, so happy with how everything turned out. We are definitely glad we chose Total Auto Body! Highly recommend this place!
They did a fantastic job on my car, they even got it done a day earlier than estimated. Very friendly and put up with all of my questions. Had an issue with my turn signal that was replaced but they fixed it right away. Wouldn't hesitate to bring a vehicle here again but hope I don't have to.
CLEAN, friendly and very helpful Got it done quickly at a great price. Jarrod went above and beyond! They provided me with a loaner and when I got my car back not only did they do a great job on the repairs but they had cleaned my car inside and out. I was VERY happy with their service! Highly recommend!
