This is my go to store for all my car parts needs.
I needed a new washer pump for my Honda CR-V. It was a Saturday afternoon, and the vehicle requires major surgery to replace it, so I called around to see who had one in stock before I tackled the project. They were friendly and responsive, and got me the part I needed to get my vehicle back on the road quickly. Unfortunately, the catalog listed two different parts, and I needed the other one. Totally not their fault, as I should have taken the old one out to compare them first. Lesson learned. They were understanding and quick to help me with the return and getting the right part ordered and in quickly. Highly recommend this location.
After checking 3 other auto parts stores (without any luck) for the metric grease fitting I needed, I called NAPA/Grafton and Jeremy (?) said that he had it. I said that I’d be there in 30 minutes. Came in, walked up and he had it on the counter waiting for me. Awesome!
Out of town, no tools with me. Guy middle age nice buzz grayish hair cut was able to loan me a set of tools to do a quick repair on my car. Big thanks to him!
Go to any other location. Or a different parts store. The time it takes to drive there will be half what you spend waiting - for anyone. People yelling out the names of car dealers, is all I hear. Couple guys poking at their phones waiting for online order pickup. All while one guy talks to his buddy who is looking for a hose… they’ll occasionally walk by you and not even make eye contact, across this comically large array of registers. I get it I guess, hard to find help these days. But this was my first and last time in that store. If you value your time, go anywhere else. I literally waited longer than it took to think to post this. I’m still waiting… lol. Seriously.
Extremely rude when asking about parts while in the store,even rude to the customer before me. online said was available and available for curbside pick up, when I got to the store she said she can only order them. Did not have time to wait for curbside pickup.
This NAPA store only has all people delivering it took them three hours to deliver a battery that I need it for a vehicle that it was sold do not recommend anyone to get anything in order to drive to you just go pick it up yourself
Sad selection of oil to choose from and the prices are way over priced compared to any competitor. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.
Only NAPA Superstore in Wisconsin. Best quality parts for all your automotive and mechanical needs! Free Battery and Engine Diagnostics. Always recommended over O'Reilly Autoparts. Nobody can compete on price with this store. NAPA should always be your first choice. Stop in and see for yourself.
Solid when I need parts for my old GM, Ford or Toyota...not so much for my VW...Always end up at o'reilly unfortunately now to fix the Jetta, Napa doesn't even have parts in this state usually...not really this stores fault but Napa's online systems are sub-par as well compared to o'reilly and advanced, don't even have the correct VW engine types.
Last night was the second time that one of the kids that work there gave me the wrong part. The first time was when they gave me the wrong oil filter for my malibu. And the second they gave me the wrong battery for my car. It was supposed to be a 51r and they gave me a 51 so it didn't fit. Very poor attention to detail if you ask me. Plus inconvenient.
Poor help, Poor Service and Employees who don't care. I normally shop at O'Reilys but noticed that the new NAPA location hardly gets any business. I needed a new battery for my car and decided to give NAPA the business. The battery in my car is located inside the wheel well and requires a floor jack to get to the battery which I do not possess. After poor service and help and the employee just being plain cold and uncaring. She sold me a brand new battery that once the shop installed it. Left me stranded because the battery they sold me was at 9.5 volts. Which means they screwed up in more than one way. The should check every battery before selling it and they should also charge their batteries once in a while.
Thank you for costing me a $75 tow bill and a $43 shop bill for installing a junk battery because of your incompetence. I am almost certain that someone with an IQ of 40-70 could have performed your job with the same satisfaction.
I also talked to some friends and one spoke up saying he had the same exact story happen to him from this exact same NAPA location. NAPA I hope you make restitution otherwise I will continue to bad mouth your business to all that I know and I hope your doors close.

The staff at the NAPA in Grafton are great! They are always helpful and they have a large inventory. Highly Recommend. I would not shop anywhere else for my Parts needs!
It pains me to write this but this store is just so useless. Every time i come in they never EVER have the thing you want and its one of the biggest stores i have ever been in. They dont even carry special spark plugs! Go to oreilly across the street, they even have special orders delivered to the store the same day.
This was the only place in town that had the part I needed for my car. If you are looking for an obscure part for a foreign car, this is the place to check first. Prices are decent. Staff was just OK. Not bad, not super friendly, but OK. Prices are very comparable to other parts stores.
There were 4 men standing at the counter when I came in. They all looked up at me, and right back down to what they were doing. Not one said hello, or acknowledged me in anyway. The female associate that came from the back was very helpful and polite, I was thankful for her, but from now on we'll be taking our business elsewhere.
