Justin and Mark were amazing. The service I received today was beyond exceptional. I was dropped off a picked up when my car was finished. Justin helped me choose affordable but high quality tires for my truck. He did not try to upsell me at all. I told them my key fab wasn’t working well and they changed my battery as a courtesy. An inspection was also done which unfortunately resulted in a couple issues that need to be addressed however, Justin gave me great advice on a resolution. I left feeling well taken care of and highly valued as a customer. I’m so grateful. Thank you so much.

I had a fantastic experience here getting my headlight replaced. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they fixed the issue in no time at all. What really sets this place apart, though, is the environment. It’s not just clean – it’s a ‘ smarter’ high end space, new and totally up market. They even went the extra mile with a car wash. If you want professional work in a premium setting, this is the place to go.

The service was fine. I brought it in for the winter maintenance special, and, of course, they found other things that needed doing. I did have the brake work done, but nothing else. I am not sure how legit the recommendations are because my tires aren't that old and they suggested replacing them. I am also irritated that they said they washed my car, but they didn't. I know that's minor, but don't say you did something when you didn't. Place was clean, people were pleasant, and cookies were good. I guess I was expecting more with all the five star reviews.

I was in a pinch to get tires quickly for my vehicle. They were able to get me in the next day, had my car done faster than they quoted me, vacuumed it out, and gave me a loaner on the spot so I could run an errand while my car was getting worked on. Definitely earned my business next time I need something done!

My tire pressure signal kept coming on so I made an appointment to get it checked. Also noted that one of my tires seemed low. Mechanic checked all tires and fixed the tire that he found a nail between the treads. Service was friendly and through. No charge to me since I had purchased the tires from a Silver Lake location. Very Pleased!

My check engine light came on driving home from a work trip. I stopped to check the oil and saw coolant has exploded everywhere under the hood. They were able to immediately begin diagnosing the issue and repairing it. I was supplied with a full report and photos of elements in my car (brakes, filters, tire tread, etc). They vacuumed and washed my car before returning it to me, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend this place for your mechanical needs!

Very professional and very helpful. Went there for a tire but it was my rim that was the problem. They got me a rim same day. Mount and balanced the tire and double checked everything. Very clean shop. Pricing was also really reasonable.

First time getting our car serviced here and was very impressed. They were able to get us in right away. Justin at the front desk was very helpful answering questions and has an amazing attitude. He took extra time explaining everything. We will definitely be coming back.

Went to have a tire patched, and or plugged. A screw was in the edge of the tread, but still in the tread. Four hours later after not hearing anything from them, I called them To find out the status of the repair only to be told at that time he was working up a quote for two new tires because they could not patch it. Do not agree with their assessment and to automatically go with two new tires instead of really evaluating the repair itself is what I believe happened. They would rather sell two new tires than make a customer happy. Update: received a call from Justin at SilverLake and he explained their position on tire repairs. Even going so far as to offer me options to make everything right. I really appreciate the old school follow-up and now have a better understanding of all that transpired. Will definitely use this business again.

Justin and all staff were considerate and helpful. The garage seems organized and able to care for my older foreign car. I got a timely appointment and service, plenty of update calls and the prices seems reasonable. Happy to have tried them.

I needed to get a flat tire on my truck repaired after finding what looked like a piece of metal stuck in it. Scheduling the appointment online was quick and easy. When I dropped it off, they said it would take about an hour and even offered me a ride home. Since the wait wasn’t long, I decided to hang out. The waiting area is small but comfortable, with refreshments, which was nice. They finished the repair just over an hour later, reinstalled my spare tire, and provided a full inspection report both by text and on paper. The shop was extremely clean, the price was fair, and the customer service was excellent. I’d definitely come back.

Silver lake auto towing was simple and easy to use. Really good pricing. AJ my tow truck driver was extremely nice and informational. Went over and beyond on his service.

Amazing experience! We brought our Audi Q7 in for routine service as first-time customers. We’ve historically used the local Audi dealership, but after our experience at Silver Lake Auto, we won’t be going back. The service was truly white-glove and priced incredibly reasonably. I had a leak in one of my tires so I went to talk with them about it. They came out and looked at the tires and said they could absolutely help me out. They didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive tire they let me decide what I was looking for. I decided to replace all 4 since my tires were 7 years old. They did a courtesy inspection of my vehicle and gave me the results. I was very pleased and I will be doing future business with them.

I went to Silver Lake because of the great experience that my father-in-law had here. And I'm glad I did! I had a number of things to do with the vehicles I brought in, and Silver Lake helped me every step of the way. The most convenient thing for me was having someone drive me home after dropping off my vehicle. Having to coordinate dropping off my vehicle for any repair has always a pain, but they solved that problem! They also have a free loaner while your vehicle is being worked on if needed which makes things much easier too! The communication and customer service was great. I appreciated the detailed inspection report I received after they checked my vehicle and they provide photos as well. Justin and Mark were great to work with!

I decided to go to Silver Lake because of the superb reviews I saw online. This is an upstanding business that I would definitely return to if needed—though hopefully I won’t need any more work done on my truck anytime soon! I didn’t realize they provide a free loaner while your vehicle is being worked on, and boy did that come in handy.The communication is top-tier, and the customer service is outstanding. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. The report I received after they checked my vehicle was thorough and easy to understand, clearly outlining what needed to be addressed right away versus what could wait. The photos were especially helpful. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they provide. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends and will continue to do so. They’ve earned my trust and my business. And they have free cookies!

Great experience at Silver Lake Auto and Tire Center in Grafton. Mark, my service advisor, was awesome and kept everything clear and easy. Communication was amazing from initial call to schedule to diagnosis to repair and then to them coming and picking me up at home. They fixed the front-end vibration on my F-150, and it drives smooth again. Highly recommend!

I don't usually like going to autocenters being a woman as I don't know much about cars. I went to Silver Lake Auto this morning to get my tire air pressure checked and they immediately checked it and filled up with air for free. They were very polite and made it a good experience for me. The center is also very clean and spacious. Thank you to the gentleman who helped me this morning!

I was able to book online for a same day appointment for my car, which had screeching front brakes. The establishment itself is pristine, which is saying a lot for an Auto Repair Shop. My car got a full diagnosis, with details and pictures included in the inspection report, which was really reassuring. I had a few family members well versed in auto repairs review the report and they were aligned with the suggestions, and they felt the pricing was also fair. I was able to get my front brakes/rotors replaced in a few hours, and my car was returned washed and vacuumed. The friendliness from Justin, there was no pressure, it was very thorough, and the overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommend!! I will be back!

THIS IS THE PLACE YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR! The reviews are legit. The elaborate diagnostic report I received with photo documentation of every issue both good or bad was beyond impressive. Silver Lake has set the benchmark for a trustworthy repair facility. Helpful staff who helped confirm the research I did on my tire choice. They really know their stuff. They diagnosed a leaky rear seal and got me back up same day. Critical for my 130mi commute. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will be retuning.

I brought my truck here for a tire repair. The staff, Mark and Nick specifically were so comfortable to work with. The environment was calm and pleasant. The feedback provided was authentic and quality. This was a rare 10/10 customer service experience.

I brought my car in to diagnose a mystery noise in front suspension. Diagnosis required an expensive repair. It was recommended that I attempt a warranty claim with dealership before committing to paying out of pocket. I did this and the dealership repaired 100% under warranty. Thanks to Mark C. at Silver Lake Auto in Grafton for recommending this solution despite losing the sale for themselves. I respect the honesty and would return in the future.

This is great shop, cleanst and nicest one I've been in. I had picked up a metal screw in a tire and needed it removed and checked before a long road trip home. I had an almost brand new tire that got punctured. I was looking for a tire repair place around Grafton area that would fix it instead of making me buy a brand new tire (again). I was told the tire can’t be repaired by 3 local auto / tire repair shops. At the end, I decided to give Silver Lake Auto & Tire Centers in Grafton a shot. The team gave me and my issue an immediate attention. They proceeded to do additional professional diagnostics and actually examining the tire from the inside out. To my pleasant surprise, the Service team said they’d be able to fix it. They went above and beyond to address my issue in a timely manner, patched the punctured tire, put back the fixed tire and packed away my spare, checked the tire pressure - all in under 30 mins for a very reasonable price ! They even offered me their signature cookie as a “thank you for your business”. I definitely recommend this business to others as your next auto repair / tire shop!

Service Advisors: Zach and Mark have excellent communication skills. Clear and concise. Took the time to answer all my questions and explained exactly what would take place and what I could expect. In my situation they performed an inspection (at my request). My vehicle is 25 years old and has very close to 200k mileage, it needed some work, repairs & maintenance. They give you a report (with color photos) as what needs immediate attention, what needs to be checked soon and what can wait. Very thorough. I even had the opportunity to talk to the technician (how often does that occur). I will return before the snow falls for new tires.
