Being in the Monroe Co Emergency Management in our area and knowing some of the crew there I can definitely see why when we need them. They where there. So many times I've had to radio dispatch for vehicles on the road. And than I'd talk to the people. The main concern is money or finances right now for a lot of people. But I know 1. Just 1, in the area that helps the public a lot more than people realize. They have even helped when they haven't been called out. I appreciate these guys. Ivan and Mark have been the 2 I've had dispatch see if there available. The wisdom and family oriented and trained professionals to get the job done in minutes. I'm not friends or whatever with these guys so I don't know them personally. But I can count on them for some reason like I have known them forever.

Not only does Rush Hour do an amazing job in their towing services, but they take the time to help out in their community. We had to move storage units and Rush Hour donated a truck for the 7 Rivers Figure Skating Club to get all there set props moved. The driver was so kind and even stepped up and helped us move. We are so grateful for your kindness.
Great service with quick arrival. I waited on AAA for 7 hours to get a tow. I had enough and called Rush Hour Towing, and 30 min later the truck was loaded and on its way. Very friendly, fast service

Rush Hour towing took the vehicle to the wrong repair shop. Charged us $103. to go approximately 1 mile to the wrong place. The vehicle didnt get to the right place until the next day! When we called to complain, the owner says "haven't you ever made a mistake"? Yes we have, but then you try to rectify the mistake. Instead of yelling at us over the phone, the owner should have offered to reimburse at least half the towing charge. Their mistake cost us another day without our vehicle. It could have been done in one day. Very bad customer service.

This was the only place out of four or five I called that agreed to come out and service me. Ivan towed my Tesla Model S from Tomah, WI to Madison. Very good price considering the distance and fantastic service from Ivan. I highly recommend.
