Boy do I have the review for this terrible business. This people are the worst I have ever dealt with. The only reason this place is in business is due to the fact they are the only ones that offer the service they do. I will go into detail how they provided the worst possible experience. Lets start with the fact that they lowballed the offer stated and tried saying my vehicle did not have a catalytic converter when I had pictures showing otherwise. Next, it was confirmed with them that the title was signed and I could not be present for pickup (due to me being a college student two hours away and them not picking up on weekends), that payment for my vehicle would be left with the shop owner of the place my vehicle was at. S.A. decided since they did not want my vehicle that they were simply not going to pick it up and when called by Cars4Cash switched up and stated that I had to sign a receipt by them. These guys are the epitome of low class.
I called 3 different times about an offer I received the day prior, the man who did answer was extremely rude, gave me an offer 200$ lower then the previous time we had talked, he claimed because it was under 2ton I couldn’t get the amount we had talked about prior. (The car is 2,227lb OEM spec) when I politely assumed, this must have been the mistake and I corrected him on the weight, his response was “It doesn’t matter the price of metal goes up and down” and hung up the phone before I could respond. This is the first and only review I will make on this app. I wish I could give 0 stars, at least a half star.
Called about a scheduled time for pickup I never agreed to and was extremely disrespectful when trying to reschedule to an appropriate time. Acted like he was the one doing me a favor for a basic task and was very condescending. Will be bringing my business elsewhere
