I've used Miki's for years and I've never had a problem with them. Alex is amazing and the prices are not that bad. I always know that I'll never have to take my vehicle back for the same problem.
This guy is a criminal, he tried charging 500% more to us as the lienholder for storage costs! Once I educated him on law(s) in this state, he dropped the charges from 1,000 to 500, clearly he's a crook!!!!
Bad customer service do not spend your money with ANYONE who can not respect you and your hard earned money! Go elsewhere a couple of seconds to call other places will not hurt you but keep your energy in good standing.
