My car wouldn’t start this morning and after ruling out all possibilities, it ended up being the starter. Well, I needed a last minute tow this afternoon to transport my car to the dealership before they closed. I contacted Kicos, and Tony immediately dispatched one of his guys my way. Ray quickly contacted me to coordinate the pickup, etc. and he was super friendly and professional. Before I knew it, my car was dropped off safely. Thank you Ray!!! They were very accommodating and communicative. Super fast and friendly service!! Will definitely use again and recommend!
I recently needed a tow after my alternator went out. The company was very communicative and was patient with me changing the drop off location last minute. Nick was super friendly and helpful as he answered all my questions as I never had my car towed before. Overall, good service and timing. Will definitely use again!
Steffon was amazing. After roadside assistance set up the tow, he called right away to check in and arrived within 10 minutes. He gave me a ride to the tire shop and was friendly and extremely pleasant to talk to. Largely thanks to his super quick service, Firestone was able to fit me in before closing and I was able to get home instead of spending the night in a hotel!
