Avoid this place if you can. Went there to get a battery replaced, only to be declined service because it was “too cold” at 15°. They actually recommended I seek help elsewhere. Sure am glad they recommended Batteries Plus because took care of it without hesitation. They also dramatized the difficulty of replacing my battery so that I’d go somewhere else. Batteries plus had me fully taken care of in less than 15 minutes.
Trash. Lazy employees. If you don't do free code checks maybe don't advertise that you do and not be rude when asked about it. Horrible customer service
Was greeted immediately when I walked into the store. Kyle was very helpful with finding the fuse I needed for my car and put my new fuse in for me. Great service!
Pricing was good on reman alternators and serpentine belt. Wanted to upgrade my truck from 105 to 145 amp alternator as it was 100 percent bolt on with longer serpentine belt. Parts where readily available
Well they got pretty good parts in Advance Auto Parts if you have like problem with your cars they will help you out to get what parts that you need to fix they will give you ur info and they do what they really know their bestest ability to help figure what wrong with the car
After a -2 degree day, my car battery died. I called Advance Auto Parts to see if they could help. I spoke with Brian over the phone and he told me quickly what type of battery I needed, how much it would cost, and that he had one in stock. When we arrived at the store, Brian had a cart ready to go with the battery and all of his tools. He came outside with us in the -2 degree weather and changed the battery within 20 minutes. Brian's expertise and excellent customer service made an otherwise stressful situation very manageable and pleasant. Thank you!!
Always liked shopping here and a man named Kevin was extremely helpful and went the extra mile saving me a lot of hassle. He let me know I was getting the wrong item for my truck when I was going to buy and helped my gf find what she wanted as well. Very friendly and because of this experience I finally left a review.
Perfect for what I needed. Super easy access off Highway 51 and ample parking. I stopped in to return an item and it was quick and painless. The associate who assisted me was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and give them my business in the future.

Extremely helpful employee - Matt. We had a trailer spare that the lug nuts were screwed on so tight we couldn't get them off. Matt went out of his way to remove these factory installed lug nuts so we could get backed to our stranded family and fix the flat. Thank you so much Matt!
I had written down exactly what I wanted my mom to pick up from there. they offered her their brand of 5w-20 oil and it was $20. and it was not even full synthetic. the d3312 filter was $14. D3312 filters run $10 or lower almost everywhere I've ever gone. full synthetic 5w-20 costs me around $15. so I downgraded my oil and paid around $10 more for everything. I am going to buy all these things again only better and bring the receipt straight to the store.
