I needed some work done on a utility trailer that I purchased a few days ago. Bruce Wagner got me right in this afternoon (even though he was planning to leave the shop before I called) and took care of it so I could keep an appointment I had to purchase a rear tine tiller and transport it back home today.

It's impossible to express how amazing this team of workers and owner are!! Their prices are more than fair, they are honest, kind & make you feel like family. Lucy and Bruce are a breath of fresh air in the auto repair industry. What other shops would have replaced and charged me for was avoided by taking my car to these honest and compassionate people. My local mechanic recommended them. They were so helpful and pleasant after the awful experience I had at Transmissions and More in Escanaba. I had to have my car towed there as it didn't run. Despite a holiday in between, within 10 days they had diagnosed my problem and I had options for fixing my van. I just had to decide which route to go. Once I paid the money down to order replacement parts it took another 2 plus weeks to have it built and shipped to the store. Once there it was installed right away and I had my car back after double and triple checking for leaks with numerous test drives. They stand behind their work. I am so grateful to have my vehicle back in working order. Now just waiting to receive my warranty info. It took 7 weeks from start to finish. They were in contact with me thru the entire process. The last place had my vehicle 18 weeks and 2 days before deciding they couldn't fix it. I was constantly calling for updates and rarely got any. If I hadn't had my son's old truck to drive around all that time I would have been stranded. Thank you Wagner!
Love them!!! Called explained the problem over the phone, even tho they were booked out for 2 weeks told me bring it anyways and they'd take it for a ride.
After taking it for a ride, they found a spark plug was misfiring, squeezed me in and changed all of them.
Reasonably priced, excellent service. Everyone I've talked to has words of praise for Bruce and his service, and his excellent reputation is well-deserved.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Dropped off van for service of running rough and check engine light. They changed sway bar links and just cleared codes. Charged $300 and some change and didn't come close to fixing problem cause its a sensor. Of course its still running rough and check engine light is on. Very lazy WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. I work 60 hours a week ya think you try and help a local business but recieve terrible service.
Wagners was AMAZING!! I dropped my 03 explorer off at noon and the next morning they called to let me know it was done!! My husband called around to our local shops and we were told to just drive it until it wouldn't drive any more and Wagner's has it fixed in 1 day!! We are 1.5 hours away from Wagner's and we will be utilizing them for any future transmission issues we have. I highly recommend them!!
Very disorganized and terrible service. I went there to get my slave cylinder replaced and it was some of the worst mechanic work my dad and I have ever seen. Seals were not replaced, they did not properly tighten/connect the slave cylinder because the clutch still loses pressure on a regular basis. After we replaced everything else in the clutch system to try to solve the problem, we finally realized it had to be the slave cylinder that we had them replace. We are now forced to go back and redo exactly what I paid them to do. On top of all that, they also messed up the wiring to my dash because now my check oil light has been on, but nothing is wrong with the oil at all. I gave them my car with no check oil light on ever, and they returned it to me with that problem. Coincidence? I think not...
