Had a Quad-Axle dump truck stuck. They came out quickly on a Friday night, very friendly on the initial phone call, kept me informed when they'd arrive. Tow operator was extremely professional, and knowledgeable on their services, with in a short period of time the truck was unstuck. Price was very reasonable. 10/10 highly recommend!

If you are looking at this review because you are searching Google for a good/reliable tow truck company in the Marinette/Menominee area(I live in Peshtigo), Google no further- 180 Towing and Recovery is the one to pick. I locked my keys in my Tahoe and called at 8:30am and he was here in 15min. The guy was very professional as we made jokes about all my fishing gear being locked inside my vehicle and that was the true dilemma. Anyways, He popped my lock in like a minute and we both moved on with our day. (Although my keys ended up not being in my vehicle, so the search continues).

The guy probably already knew, but like many fishermen in this area, I would have paid just about anything to get my fishing stuff out of my vehicle during walleye season- however he didn’t use that to his advantage and charged me the same amount that I paid to have my GFs car unlocked in 2012. (Different company, but same service). No inflation!

I hit a deer the other night and 180 Auto towing & recovery responded to towe my car.. they we're extremely helpful not only getting it out of the way but also extremely accommodating when working alongside my insurance company!! Highly recommend!!
While passing through Crivitz we got a flat tire. We manage to find a parking lot to safely pull over in. I called AAA and they linked us up with 180 Auto Towing & Recovery. They got to us in 15 minutes. Changed the tire and we’re back on the road. Professional, compassionate reliable people. So grateful for the 2 technicians.

Last night I was running out of fuel. I called them to deliver some to me bc the gas station I was at just closed. On the phone they told me about a back road to another gas station that I could probably make it to. With 5 miles to empty & 10 miles to drive. I made, thanks Shay for the recommendation.

Shea was a life saver when car broke down. Brought it to a reputable repair shop. Found out engine was blown. After spending night at hotel, Shea really helped me out by bringing me to Green Bay to rent a car. Can’t thank him enough!!

Bad bad bad...took advantage of a disabled adult in a bad situation...charged me for a hypothetical tow to a scrap yard which would have come out my pocket or take the $100 for a 5,658 pound truck something definitely suspicious and shameful business practices, and ethics.
Very professional and very efficient. Came after hrs and on a sun night without question. Pulled my semi to a safe place and was very reasonable. Highly recommend using.

By far the best tow service I’ve ever used. A couple of friends and I were out searching for morels and wound up getting our car stuck. …. 2 miles down a overgrown logging road. However the next night when we were going to get it towed. The area where the car was, was under a flash flood warning. I didn’t know this at the time, I was returning from Green Bay. He said he’d be able to do it but since it wasn’t an absolute must he advised we wait until the next day. Which turned out to be an incredibly smart move. The next day we got the car out without a problem. That right there would earn them five stars. However I would give a sixth star Because on the way out before we hit the main road he stops and asked if we have roadside insurance. Since it wasn’t my car I hadn’t even thought of that. Just this little gesture ended up saving the car owner almost the entire cost of the tow. Thank you, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roadside assistance!
When my car got stuck in an puddle of ice and slush, I called for help. Tow truck arrived in about 15 minutes. The technicians were polite, efficient, and had me out in time. Price was very fair too.

Was on the side of road on W near crivitz with a flat tire, and one call and he cane and got me asap! I was out there for almost 2 hours trying to find someone and no one wanted to get me because i was far out in Crivitz! Very friendly, and he was also sweet to my dog! Thank you for getting me!
One call that’s all. Didn’t have me waiting long at all. & the price was fair. I definitely recommend using this company. Especially when no one else in town wants to come out at 2:30 in the am. He did & I really appreciate them for that.
Towing company was always there in a short amount of time. Very nice and respectful. Was able to bring me back to my place after towing my vehicle to a car shop.
