I’ve had three separate experiences with this body shop, and every one of them has been excellent. Most recently, they repaired my vehicle after a deer accident, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. The quality of the work has consistently been outstanding, and just as importantly, the people are honest, trustworthy, and easy to work with. They communicate well, do what they say they’re going to do, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s not always easy to find a business you feel completely confident recommending, but this is one of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality auto body repair from people you can trust.

After hitting a deer we decided to work with VAB for repairs. Let me start by saying working with Jordan was a wonderful experience, never having to do an insurance claim he helped so much and had wonderful communication with not only us but with the agent. Jordan was honest right from the start and explained to us that some things are on back order and may take longer, we told him when we would need the truck back and he made that deadline. During the time the truck was in for repairs when we called for an update Jordan was knowledgeable and able to tell us. When we picked up the truck Jordan was honest with us and explained something’s to us very well and had such a positive attitude. Even tho we waited over a month the wait was so worth it! I recommend them to anyone!
