After many years doing business with Ross Auto ( Ryan) I've been disappointed in their service again. This time I ask for a simple tow to get out of my driveway which had been totally shoveled out so I could get to work the following day . He responce was he was too busy for several days. I never been here BUT my full respect goes to them as they did help police A LOT with their surveillance capturing Elijah & that monster Jesse in the missing child case of Elijah Vue. If I got a vehicle back fixed that I paid over 1000$ for I wlda recommended them to the world. However now I'm broke no Xmas for my kids at all and still.cant get to work. Gee thanx guys.

Best place to go for any work! Very affordable. The mechanic is very trustworthy and cares about getting your vehicle fixed the right way with great customer service. Will always come here when I need work done.
He has awesome communication with his customers and keeping them up to date on the vehicle repair, very nice works with the customers, does awesome job at fixing stuff up, repair vehicles quickly with good quality work. The owner was very knowledgeable and polite. My oil change was quick and affordable. The quote I was given for brakes was competitive to others I had gotten. I was really impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent customer service!
