I had a good experience at Tome's getting a hitch installed on my Lexus. Fair pricing and very competent on the installation. They took their time to make sure everything worked as promised. I highly recommend this shop if you are in the Two Rivers area and need a hitch installed.
Todds a great guy to work with. He got my truck in right away to install new tires and also ran some diagnostics for a check engine light. Todd told me what was needed and very willing to help with what is needed. As for cost of what he did was fantastic. I will be taking my vehicles to him for future needs.
Awesome guys quick and courteous very knowledgeable went above and beyond. They put a hitch on my wife’s car and purchased a bicycle rack and put it together and installed it. Very pleased very happy ?
We needed a hitch installed in our van. We were able to drop our car off before work, pay over the phone, and pickup from them. They had it ready relatively quickly. It looks great and we were able to start using it right away. Highly recommend
I had a wheel bearing that needed replacing and was working from out of town. Todd was very outgoing and managed to get my truck taken care of the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved and were very knowledgeable in diagnosing other issues. They fixed what needed fixing and were very honest in the process. I highly recommend this shop and the work they do!
I had my fuel pump and ball bearings done on my suv. Also my headlights that had that billed up on it. Gave me a good price for all of it, very pleased with all of it!!!! Thank you!!!!!! Also I will let you know if you buy those headlights cleaners, they don't work. You are better with finding an auto shop like Tome's to do it. I am very happy now!!!!!
They put these shocks on but didn't take off the bottom off so the shock wouldn't bottom out. Had paid x about for their work but then had to take them back off to work properly. So now they will not bottom out. Sad that this didn't make my husband very happy. That it's hard to believe they didn't call him to talk to my husband that was unable at the time to go take the truck in at time but Tome's didn't keep in touch with my husband as it was drop off on the date to get work on the next day and they had the truck for long time and didn't get with us for any details about what wS happening as they had the truck for almost two weeks. Labor was $87.00 hour. More to this story But it has its down fall on woman bring in work and not talking to the other half.
Excellent on time service by two very dedicated technicians. Had trailer hitch installation which went very well after looking at car dealership installation from Crivitz area. Crivitz area didn't have time and/or knowledge on how to match hitch and rack together, Van Horn struggled with doing the same and came up with a sky high estimate. Fleet Farm's install guy retired, which is where we like to go first. Tome's readily assembled our bike plat-form rack that we purchased off of Amazon and came with a million zillion parts, bolts, screws, etc. This assembly done by us would of taken an entire weekend of cussing, but Tome's did it for an additional $40.00. We will be returning to Tome's because of their fair pricing, expertise, professionalism and small town niceness.
Would not recomend getting any verbal quotes from this guy.Hitch installed and they installed electrical wiring with my hitch did not want that I told him it was not needed for a bike rack and he installed it anyway.He also changed the quoted price he told me 380 installed with no electrical.charged 525 never told me about a 11.24 service charge for using a charge card.I feel like this guy really put the screws to me on this one, will not go back and will not recommend him to anyone
The guy that runs this place is so very nice and actually knows what hes doing unlike other places around. I go here for my Malibu and they have never lead me wrong yet! Please go here, I guarantee you that if you come here, you will get what you pay for and if they mess up they will actually fix it! Would give 10 stars if I could!
I have been going here for quite a few years, I can I honestly say they are very easy to work with, honest people to tell u ur issues and the best route to take without cutting corners, if I had a problem after I got my vehicles back they took it right back and made it right w no charge, that is where I see the customer service comes 1st
#1; My daughter had an appointment to drop her truck off about 6-7wks ago to have new coil packs & other work performed. She shows up limping the truck there for her appointment time... & nobody was there. It was locked up.No sign on the door, no answer when we called that day, NOTHING. What an extreme inconvenience and unprofessional. Nobody called her back, and would hang up when someone did answer when we called next day.
#2; I called today about a used tire. Troy whom answered the phone was polite & told me to hold please. Then another man gets on the phone, asks tire size which I gave him. He started rattling off other tire sizes and I had corrected him saying “No I need a 245.” He said some more #’s then hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional conduct.
I need a hitch put on the next day. He made time to do it! I didn't live in the area. Got it done right and didnt cost me a lot of money. If in the area again and have car troubles or need work done this is where I will go for sure!
I HAD THE DREADED GM PASSLOCK BCM WIRING ISSUE WITH TBC THAT AFTER READING THE INTERNET I THOUGHT I WAS DOOMED, TOME,S JUMPED INTO IT AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AND REALLY TREATED ME WELL ON THE COST . IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE YOU SHOULD BE.
