Great place to go if you're looking to get ripped off... Towing fees are so ridiculous it's over double what insurance companies project the cost would be. Not to mention that despite Wisconsin Statutes stating they can only charge the insurance $13/day in storage fees they will say you are responsible for an additional $27/day for a grand total of $40/day... This place is nothing more than highway robbery... When they don't like what the insurance is telling them they call the customer and tell them they are responsible for covering the difference. Hope they are prepared for visits from The Better Business Bureau, EPA, OSHA, ASE and any other acronym I can find to put make their business life hell...
These folks were very kind and got me out of a jam. My pickups alternator failed when I was traveling I43 and over an hour away from home. They rearranged their schedule and made the necessary repairs. And for a very fair price.
Hit a deer coming home from Green Bay last Friday. PK's was the first towing & body company that came up. Paul picked me up, talked with me on how to tow my truck and was very helpful explaining everything and the steps in the process. Helped me with a ride back to their shop, and took the time to let me get my things from the vehicle. The folks at the shop were very nice and easy to talk to with payments, dealing with transport to a body shop near me, and getting me information with insurance. Could not recommend a better company and more professional group of people. Unfortunate meeting, but lucky to have encountered this company. A+ all around.
Amazing. Unfortunately, the first wrecker that was called left without finishing what they were paid for, so we had to call a second one. PKs was there pretty quick. They took care of the vehicle with knowledge and quickly. Friendly and so reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend their wrecker service without question. Thank you kindly for being quick, kind, professional and reasonable.

Great people, Laure is so nice and knows everything about PK's. Paul is a great mechanic, he works hard day and night. You need anything they have a great people who work there, and there prices are really down to earth. Really great people. You need work done on anything go to PK"s the place to go.
