Went into store tonight 10.18.25 and bought a headlight for fiancés vehicle. I asked if they could help us with replacing bulb. I know they do not have to by any means help. However, worker said he would help, but didn’t really feel like it. Well lost a customer. I was able to figure it out myself, but rude customer service is very unprofessional. Thanks, but no thanks…
We had a little trouble while on a road trip, and had to pull off to have a check engine light assessed. At O’Reilly Adam quickly came to our aid and did the evaluation of our vehicle. He printed out the copy of what we needed to have done and referred us to certified auto repair to see if we could get help immediately. He was correct! So happy to have gone into O’Reilly’s in Manitowoc
There has been quite a turnover on employees in the past year or so. Most people who were good at finding what you need have left I would recommend going on a Sunday for best service.
Gave me wrong brake pads. Twice this week orielys (not same location) gave me wrong parts. This will be my fourth trip there this week. Very polite and helpful employees
The amount of automotive needs here is huge . The help is always good but they can be busy at times so expect a wait . They seem to always have what's needed . I've dealt with Clay alot and if he is there I try to always talk to him .
THIS STORE HAS A BAD OR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... I STOP COMMING HERE, GO TO AUTOZONE FEW MORE MILES BUT THE SERVICE ITS WAY BETTER MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES HAS 0 EXPERIENCE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Staff are helpful... if there not talking to each other in back. I stood at the check out for damn near 10min. While they talked only couple feet away. Won't go there again
Went in for an oil filter. They didn’t have the one I requested. We asked the guy at the counter for a cross reference. He pretended to look and told us there isn’t one. We asked him to look again, so he did. Turns out there is one, but they don’t carry the brand. We went to Fleet Farm and found the filter at nearly 1/3 the price. I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Went there to get some cleaning material and touch up paint for my car. I had to wait in line for a while which was not an issue because they were working with others. Finally it came my turn and the guy at the desk helped me and thanked me for my patience. When it came time for my change he said I am going to gyp you out of 4 cents because I do not have any pennies and just called the next customer. To be honest if he would have asked I probably would not have thought anything about it and said sure. It was just very rude the way he did it. Oh well 4 cents cost them a customer
Reminded myself today why I don't do business at o'Reilly, in the middle of a project and realized caliper pins are pretty seized and not worth fighting. Went to store knowing products there are a little inferior but it's only a bracket with pins. Found out bracket, pins, and boots are all sold separately- basically to ding you at register. Next I find out the bracket has a core charge when everyone knows that no one is rebuilding a cast bracket. FINE. Installed in less than an hour and while taking test drive decided to return. Same counter guy says you brought cores back - I'll need your receipt which is in my job folder. I will have to be really desperate to ever go back
The clerks just seemed like they didn't want to be at work. Ask about something in the store and they just pointed. Several customers were in the store and they looked as if they were not being helped at all. Several clerks in the the store and only one at the counter and he was on the phone.
They were still open when advance auto closed so early which caused them to lose alot of my business. Needed brakes and rotors for my truck and they had them in stock and at a great price.
I've been to this is a couple times and they have not been helpful at all. The guy at the counter is not the nicest man.
I went down the street to Advance Auto and they were more than happy to help me. So I spent my money at Advance.
Manitowoc store is staffed by experienced and helpful guys who really care. They were very honest and forthcoming. I personally witnessed two men that helped out SO many cuetomers. A store like that supports the community!
7:14 pm 6/10/19 Worst experience at an O'Reilly store. 2 staff on hand, more concerned about socializing with there freinds at the registers. 15 min for 4 spark plugs and a coil at one and 2 rotors at the other. I had to literally throw the $ for a can of freon over the customers (his friend) shoulder to get the staffs attention. No apologys, have a good night or sorry for being a worthless employee. Think ill take my business elsewhere from now on
Knowledgable staff that do stay cool under pressure from a lot of the car clueless people that treat them like mechanics the manager nick does a great job always honest
A good bunch of guys over there, very helpful, full of knowledge. They knew what part I was looking for, just by the discrition. If they don't have the part, there happy to call other businesses to see if they carry the part you looking for. Or if your not in a hurry there can order it for you.
