I couldn’t agree more than with Brandon. Only thing is I paid for this current quarter we are in plus next quarters already and now twice, this week and two weeks ago, my neighbors got the pleasure of looking at my garbage a little bit longer. Slow down and actually pay attention to the lists your giving your drivers, your wasting their time as well as mine.

I had a pozorski bin that came with the place we rent, within 3 weeks it was broken from them, then we bought a blue recycle tub they also smashed, so then I bought a big expensive trash can with the recycle logo on which they took for 2 years and then randomly they decided they wouldn't take it anymore with no explanation and forced me to buy another red bin from them which ive now spent 120 dollars on recycle bins and they still forget to grab my recycling from time to time. My garbage can is completely ripped down the side from their mishandling as well. Terrible company to deal with, if you have any option of going anywhere else I definitely would.

Whoever the scheduler is either needs training, stop copy and pasting the pick up plan for the team members and or just quit. How do you pick up one week and then be put on the “out” list per your driver only after paying for 3 months of pick up? Good thing you’re wasting time for your team members and costing the company time and money. Keep up the good work!

Garbage crew are always using bad language. Also I'd like to say " hey Garbage collector, take it easy on my containers and red bins. " they toss your cans like there un breakable. I have 1 red bin and a trash can that were broken when there people threw them on to my lawn from the middle of the street.

Pozorski's picks up our trash and recycling every week. like clockwork. The guys know I worked as a garbage collector working my way through college. We belong to a brotherhood. They are very nice to us and super friendly. I presort our recycling and the fellow that picks up our recycling tells us he appreciates it. We've had them pick up old mattresses and defunct appliances. Always reliable and will take these things if you give them notice. Never leave a mess, they are professionals to the max. Ignore whiney, entitled people who think the world is their servants. Say hello and thank them for their work. They appreciate a smile and a hearty thank you. We tip them at Christmas, you should, too.

If I could I would give Pozorski hauling 10 stars. All the guys that work on the trucks are always so friendly and kind. Today I was taking out the recyclables after they went through My cul-de-sac and on the way back the guy pulled up and picked up my recyclables which he did not have to do that. Both guys on the truck were so friendly and kind. Just wanted to give a shout on to the guys on the truck off of Albert Drive in Manitowoc. Thanks Pozorski hauling

This trash pick up service is HORRIBLE and that's being generous. Multiple times my tash is left on the curb. Then here is the kicker if you call and complain that they left your trash. They want you to pay a fee for the trash you already paid to be picked up. These trash men busted my trash cans Multiple times. The worst service by far! If I could give it 0 stars or -0 it would be more efficient

Today the recycling truck missed our recycling bin. I called to let them know, and see what the issue was. I believe they simply missed it. But the person I spoke to when I called blamed me. She kept telling me that the bins need to be out the night before. They were. She kept looking for a way to blame me. 🤷♀️ All she had to say was, oh im sorry about that. She said I have to keep my full recycle bin till next week. Very unprofessional blaming me. . Now i have to figure out what to do with my recycling. Flat out rude! Big change since then. Very pleasant and helpful when I have called them. I'm now very pleased with the service they provide.

My garbage/recycling has always been picked up, on time, every week, for the 5 years I've lived at my new address. Never had problems for 15+ years at my old address either.

Instance #1: Garbage was not picked up but recycling was. Called and inquired why, they claimed the garbage was not out at 7:30am. Even though previously it was never picked up at that time. Instance #2: Next pickup date, garbage and recycling was put out the day before to ensure pickup. Recycling was picked up and garbage was never picked up. Essentially you pay for recycling pick up, terrible service.

Please be advised that I have encountered multiple instances where my trash has not been collected in its entirety at my residence. Despite my repeated calls to report this issue, I have been informed on numerous occasions that the collection team is unable to return on the same day. Consequently, I am left with no choice but to wait until the following day for the trash to be properly collected, despite the fact that I am paying for this service. It is disheartening to note that the mistake lies with the collection team, yet they have the audacity to charge me for their return visit to rectify their error. Moreover, I must highlight the significant damage caused to my trash cans as a result of their careless handling. On numerous occasions, these cans have been thrown haphazardly after being emptied, often landing in the street or on the sidewalk. This behavior is both reckless and unacceptable. I must express my deep disappointment in this company's lack of professionalism. Consequently, I have made the decision to switch to a different service provider. It is already embarrassing enough to have trash outside one's residence, but to have it remain there for an additional day due to the negligence or unwillingness of the collection team to perform their duties is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the fact that they have the audacity to charge me $15 for their return visit to rectify their initial mistake is highly unprofessional. I strongly urge you to reconsider engaging the services of this company.

Hit or miss with this company. They broke my trash can 4 times in 6 months but according to the lady on the phone, it was my fault. No they throw the bins down with no care. If I pay for a trash can, I expect it to be taken care of not disrespected.

I had call three companies to get a dumpster at the shop I have recently leased. Green leaf and waste management were both very responsive and and got me a quote within a few days. Pozorskis on the other hand I had called 3 times and every time was told I’d receive a call back, they even said the owner would return my call. It has now been a month and I still have yet to hear from anyone. I would even bother calling them because you’ll just be wasting time to get the run around.

I was behind the recycling truck this morning on Kellner St., in the construction area. These guys busted their butts to collect the recycling as quickly as they could - one guy running to get the recycle bin, the other dumping the recycle into the truck then the other guy taking it back to the side of the street. Traffic was starting to back up a bit so when they came to the first side street the truck pulled to the side so the traffic could pass. Great jobs, guys!!!

Always on time to pick up and respectful of our property. I accidently set out my recycling too late and on his way back through about an hour later he stopped to pick up my recycling. I have also noticed that they have placed my can back beside my house on a few super windy days. Thank you, I appreciate the small things!

Customer service is poor with these guys. I get it your in the Garbage business but when you don't communicate with your customers and when they call about a complaint it goes in one ear and out the other. Garbage cans broken by them but they wont replace and no website to even get information. Poorly ran business and already switched to another company. BTW, if your name isn't on the account they try to side step you even though you pay the bill too.

I switched to Waste Management. The Pozorski person who answers the phone is rude and has been rude each and every time I've called for 25 years. They once had a monopoly in this area and they treat people like $hit. Waste Management values my business and treats customers with respect. Every week I see more and more Waste Management containers in my area. People are finally figuring out they have a choice.

4 years ago this was a one star review. I have seen some great changes in how they do business and have turned me from a disappointed customer into a big fan. The automatic payments have been a nice addition and their pickup has been very consistent. Great work!

Their pickup is always good as they are always on time. However, they don't care about your trash bin and just throw it back on your grass or in your driveway so you can't pull into your own driveway when you get home. Today when I got home, our trash bin was on the grass and the cover was completely broken off and cracked. I wish they took better care of others' property.

All the sudden our trash isn't getting picked up. This is the 2nd time! First time I called the office the lady acted like she didn't have the time to check into the situation. Seriously this is the only trash pick up and this side of town! Otherwise I'd be looking into other options! Not happy!!!! Our bill is paid!

The office staff has the personality of a wet sock. When I call in, it's almost like I'm disturbing them or something. Sometimes they'll pick up our garbage and recycling, other times just our garbage. We've had times where they don't even take all the garbage we have out there. Then add the fact that they don't have a website or a way to pay your bill electronically is just as annoying. It's 2019, probably time to update your capabilities.

Repeatedly leaves my garbage and recycling for not paying bills. This would be understandable if they gave out a notice that they weren't gonna do it, but I get no warning whatsoever! And their constant hanging up on me is just plain unprofessional. They have also threatened to call the police on me because I wanted to issue a complaint. If you can, for the love of god, do not use their service.

Pickup is very inconsistant, I don't think all of the employees are on the same page. One week they will take something and the next they will not. It's not rocket science... as long as the customer is paying their bills put there junk in your truck.

Most of the time we have good service but when they drive by your house and don't pick up your garbage as the guys are looking at it, it kind of possession a person off! Then when I called the business number the woman who answered told me that they could send a truck out but it would cost us another $15. What are we paying for in the first place??? WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Very very unhappy with their service as of late. During the past year, they have failed to collect my garbage six times! Twice being this month alone! I overlooked the first four times, but now this is getting to be a bit ridiculous! I pay my bill and I always have my trash on the curb the night before collection, so there really is no reason for my trash not to be picked up. The entire neighborhood gets their garbage picked up, but I do not? Might be looking for a new company soon!

I have used this service since moving back to the area in 1989 after 20 years in the military. I've never had a problem with them and have put things out like toilets, couches etc with no problems. Just had to call ahead to let them know.

These guys bust their ass. Between being a kid and having my own home, I have been using them for over 30 years. Never had a problem, they will take anything. Have a couch or mattress that needs to go? Just give them a courtesy call and they will make it disappear for free, try and beat that, I dare you! Oh, and all of this for $11 a month

There has been multiple times that they have left bags in our can and left recycling in the bin as well. I am very tidy and keep everything organized to make it easier for the men picking it up but they obviously don't appreciate the help and can't return the respect. When they do pick up, there is always garbage in the road and yard. Is it really that hard to bend over and pick up a bottle that you dropped? Another thing that really upsets me is that our landlord bought a brand new, heavy duty garbage can but the men are so inconsiderate that they just throw it around. The can didn't even make it a month before it was cracked and missing BOTH wheels because of the huge amount of disrespect they have for their customers. If it weren't for the landlord going through Pozorski, after the experience we've had, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy.

We signed up with Pozorski because our last pickup service sold out to another company. Soon after, we got a nice card welcoming us - signed by the owner and we thought "nice touch - someone who really gets customer service". Obviously, the marketing staff has it together. I just wish that company culture transferred to the field. This morning, our first pickup with them - they drove off without picking up our trash. On the can was an orange sticker saying our plastic trash can was too big, although it's the same one we've had for 7 years. (There was a single 13 gallon kitchen bag inside the OPEN can). The office, after some discussion, offered to send them back out to pick up our single bag of trash. It seems a shame that the guy, realizing this was a new customer, couldn't just pick up the bag and THEN leave a sticker explaining the rules. I'll see what kind of service I get over the next few weeks and revise my assessment if warranted. In the meantime, if you're a potential customer - I'll give the office a GOOD rating and the field a POOR rating. Hopefully the office will train them better. UPDATE - They did come back and collect the single trash bag, BUT LEFT THE RECYCLING BIN (that had only 2 2-liter bottles and 2 beer cans). Really? I hope they eventually hire someone who actually cares, because this guy is a joke.
