Great service very satisfied. NIce to find a reliable auto service without having to drive (back) to Madison (Honda dealer).

I was in need to get my Jeep looked at and fixed in a timely manner. The place I bought it from wasn't doing a good job of customer service so I looked elsewhere. My parents suggested I look into Topels and I wasn't disappointed. Very easy to make an appointment via text and emil witch I appreciate because I work in a warehouse where I phone calls aren't great. They were able to get me in and fixed quickly. They also have a complimentary loaner witch helped me keep living life without asking friends and family to use their vehicles. I will definitely use Topels for my major vehicle repairs in the future!

Topel staff are knowledgeable about the services that they provide and share what they have determined to be the issue prior to completing the work. They give accurate pricing, updates of the process, and notification of the completion of the work. My vehicle needed a great deal of work and they were able to get it all fixed so I could get back on the road safely.

Very professional, communication is on point. Friendly staff, and pricing is great. Another plus is being able to work on lowered cars no problem. 5 stars all around ??

Called and was able to be fit in same day. Went in to get a fog light replaced and they did a courtesy inspection for me. Found out the place I'm currently going to for car maintenance hasn't been doing what they claimed. They have a comfortable waiting area and were extremely welcoming from the minute I walked in the door. Will be coming back and would 10000% recommend them to everyone I know. Also best part they left me cookies when I got into my car.

I had a great experience as the gals made time for me in their tight schedule with a screw in my tire!!! I liked playing with the dog too!! I also liked the memorabilia in the cases because I frequented Topels garage as a child in the early 1960's!! Great job great people and I will be back for my car needs as I have in the past!! Since moving to the community 2 years ago, Topels has been my go-to auto shop. All of their additional recommended services are handled through their website with photos & an explanation of their recommendation, so there’s never any high pressure sales tactics. Their transparency and professionalism is unmatched. The only issue I’ve ever had is when they changed my tires and returned the vehicle slightly out of alignment- but they sent a follow-up text the very next day to ensure everything was okay with the vehicle, to which I mentioned the alignment, and they got the vehicle back in that day & fixed the alignment for no extra cost. I recommend their business to everybody that I can. They are not a discount auto shop but they are worth every penny for the service they provide

The care this team puts behind their service is incredible. Each step from my initial call to the shop to when I picked my car back up was easy, thoughtful, and well done. Service start to finish was terrific! My car broke down late at night. I was able to get my car towed to the shop and get dropped off at a hotel for the night. Morning came and I was met with plenty of calls to update me on the status of my car and plans to move forward with repairs. Start to finish was thorough, expedient, efficient, and extremely kind and helpful along the way. Shoutout to Braden for the towing and Sara for the updates and information, as well as everyone else who got me back on the road again!

Thank you for being always very open, honest about the service of my very ancient truck/plow. I needed to have it towed from a very difficult property, the tow person, Dan? was great about trying to connect and get things moved before a big storm blew in and he timed it PERFECTLY. I received a very detailed analysis of everything wrong with my truck. The nice part was everything was broken into red, yellow, and green so I could focus on what needed repair now to get this back up and safe, and what could wait, and what was good. For everything including towing, I think the prices were fair. I appreciate keeping me posted on delays in parts, when repair would get done. I will definitely their services again. I recently helped a friend who is new to car ownership by taking him to Topel’s. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and service. The staff are friendly, understanding, and accommodating. They are also great with kids in the office. They communicate well (texting was great), and the diagnostic link I received was the best I’ve seen in car repair, an active cost calculator that I could click on services to see what the bottom line would be.

I can’t say enough, how extremely professional this organization is. I had my car in for brake job and oil change and needed to work while I was there waiting. They supplied me with a nice space, some liquid refreshment and made my experience outstanding! I would highly recommend them!

I had car trouble on one of the busiest days for Topel's, Town and Country Days parade morning. The tow truck drivers went above and beyond to make certain I was safe while I waited, they were very caring. Towed the car and got me safely back into town. The service team got right on it with a full diagnostic and timely, efficient repairs. We highly recommend Topel's for both their towing and auto mechanics.

My car stopped and I had enough oomph left to pull over to the side where I could see a driveway sign. I called Topel's and they assured me they would be there to pick up me and the broken down car. They arrived and the driver was calm and kind beyond words. I'm a senior with a cane and he kindly assisted me into the truck which was clean, clean, clean. The car was loaded and off we went. He chatted with me all the way back to the shop which calmed my nerves beyond belief. There I was also treated kindly. The shop, I'm embarrassed to say, was cleaner than my house. The waiting area was likewise immaculate with comfortable seats, coffee and ice water. (Even a dog bed if your pup was along!) Cheap? No, but nothing is, including groceries. Reasonable? Yes and I was more than grateful to pay. As my mother always said, "you get what you pay for." I have no complaints. None. This is a family owned and run business and they certainly treated me like family. Highly recommend if you need a tow or work done.

Topel's is the BEST! I wish they were closer to where I live. I was driving from Milwaukee to the Dells, and my engine overheat light started going off, so I stopped by a rest stop. I pulled over, and a guy tried to help me and said the coolant was leaking, and recommended Topel's. He said he lived nearby and that they were great. I drove two miles to Topel's. Topel's examined my car and said the cost would be a few thousand to fix it, but ALSO told me my Toyota warranty would cover it (Toyota's cost was $8,000!). I really appreciated the honesty!! Topel's did a "temporary" fix for $300, (which Toyota reimbursed me - thanks to Topel's for telling me about!) so that I could get home. I took my car to Toyota and they were super impressed with the work. They thought the temp fix was incredibly clever. Thanks so much to Ellyn, and to Sam at Topel's!

On the interstate, Our trailer wheel broke off when our little family was traveling up north. So glad we were by Topels!! their service provider answered the phone (it was when most auto shops were closed). They were so kind and accommodating, in less than 24 hrs we were able to get back into vacation/relaxation mode. Thank you for your excellent service.

The service at Topel's is top notch! Tara is a joy to work with. She is so understanding and explained things perfectly! She went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was excellent! Everyone else is very friendly and professional too. The service notifications and explanations in the service review are very detailed. I am grateful for that. I found the priority list to be super helpful. I received updates on what was going on and pictures too. I could move forward or wait with a click of a button. Also ask questions and get answers in minutes. Amazing!!!! I'm thankful that I finally decided to take my car to Topel's. I'm going to make Topel's my repair shop! I came to Topel's for an oil change, brake inspection/replacement, and an alignment. Topel's staff was kind and courteous. They were communicative from the time I booked my appointment all the way until I picked up my car. Their post-inspection notes were extremely thorough, and I appreciated that I could review each recommendation and make an informed decision on whether I wanted to move forward with their suggested repairs. Additionally, the pricing was transparent so I knew exactly how much each service cost and what my total would be before they even started the repairs. Dropping off my car was convenient as I was able to bring my car in up to 24 hours before my appointment time, and my car was repaired very quickly. Topel's is very thoughtful when it comes to their customer experience, and I highly recommend Topel's for your car repair and maintenance needs! I will definitely be back next time my car needs service!

I recently purchased a new set a new set of tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Service & communication was excellent. Once I selected tires, they arrived and were installed promptly. I'm very pleased with the quality & price! Best part was the awesome pickup & drop-off service - they took care of everything while I stayed at work. Highly recommend!

Ladies, if you're in a jam and in the Lake Mills area, Topel's is the place to stop for help. I found myself hundreds of miles from my destination with a bolt in my driver's side rear tire. I called a friend who directed me to Topel's Towing and Service. Tara came out to the vehicle with me, took a look and got me squared away much faster than I ever expected. Fairly priced, clean, honest, and most importantly kind. As a woman, it's not easy just walking into a shop and getting the help we need when we need it without a bunch of rigmarole, hassle, judgement or attitude. This whole situation was so much different than what I've experienced in the past with other shops, it honestly blew my mind and was such a relief. They took an already stressful sleep deprived day that had gotten significantly worse, turned it right around and got me back on the road. This place is different. If you're tired of dealing with all the stress and negativity that is often involved with vehicle repair, give this place a shot. I'm truly thankful for their service.
